Communication. I was constantly confused, annoyed, and frustrated at the lack of communication between departments, with my issues and getting to a solution for the problems that arose in my new home. Departments would be complicated when it came to reaching and understanding about issues. Whenever I got an answer to my problems and a worker would come to fix the issue. Almost always the person coming over had no idea or was either confused about the purpose for their visit. I would explain the issue like it was the first time hearing it. Accountability then became a bigger issue because the fault would always be someone else. [name removed]……. The person in charge of warranty was specifically difficult to deal with. He gave us an attitude of don’t’ t bother me constantly until I got angry and serious with him. He immediately blamed anyone else because it was not related to him even though he is in charge of warranty. He truly was the worst part of buying a home with [name removed]. Buying a home is the biggest purchase of our lives. Warranty is supposed to give you relieve from stress and anxiety. He did the opposite.

Monitor the contractors more as far as quality of the job. I had to complete simple things that should have been fully completed before signing off. The yards could have been done better as well. If you dig a few inches below the surface its all big rocks and clay. No soil

Everyone was professional in dealing with them. [name removed] always was there for us and made sure we were taken care of and issues resolved. [name removed] also was friendly, responsive to issues and continues to be there to help resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner! Thank you!!!

The quality of the house is not good in regards to finishing such as drywall gaps where corners meet, the walls need painted, stucco on exterior has gaps and holes where not covered well. The electric for master bath flucuates, ceiling fans sound like they're broken, appliances on the front door, the lock latch, is rusted already. There is a gap between the front door and the threshold. The sliding glass door has already flung off the track. We found a large bump on the wall in the dining room where the dryer vent is so snug in the interior wall that it protrudes on the dining room side. Cabinets are too small for plates. The edges of the shelving are sharp and not sanded such that you get splinters from putting stuff away in the cabinets. The dishwasher was not bolted properly to the countertop. The grout in the bathroom was done poorly. The material does not fill the cracks completely. The scantly spread grout will not withstand humidity. The bathtubs were scratched and gorged. Nobody polished them after they were sitting outside in the weather before they were installed; they look like they're used. The baseboards and doors were painted cheaply. There are places that are starting to bubble. There's a huge seam running the entire length of my master bedroom carpet.
