Disliked some of the delayed for the meters although that’s out of the control of pacific. I like the they still check in even tho we closed already.

I loved the quality of our home and our neighbors that we have made in our New Home. But, best of all we all agree that if it wasn't for [name removed] our experience here and all that he did to make us feel comfortable and feel like we belonged in this house we wouldn't have decided to make our home our forever home. Thank you for everything you all did to make our dreams possible. Also being able to help our children buy homes next to us make this experience so much better!! We have two of our kids buy homes in this same street was one of my many dreams and another was to have homes in a cul-de-sac was another. Thank you again [name removed] for all you help.

Let me start off with saying my family and I LOOOOVE our sales consultant [name removed]!! She is is just an amazing person overall! We felt very comfortable with her, she goes above and beyond! I absolutely LOVE our community, it’s quiet, peaceful and safe. Moving here was the best decision my family and I made.

The sales team was great ([name removed] & [name removed]), loan officer a pleasure to deal with ([name removed]) and the follow-up home maintenance & introduction personnel ([name removed] & [name removed]) were very helpful and informative! The only issue we had, and it was a big one for us, was that the closing date kept getting delayed to the point where it went past the closing date of the home we were moving from...at no fault of us. Our funding was already transferred and placed in holding. Meanwhile, we had to rent 2 storage units and live out of motels and AirBnbs until our new home was ready. This was very inconvenient for us and our large dog. Not to mention the additional unexpected out-of-pocket expenses that mounted up to around $3,000. We cannot afford to pay movers again, so we are still gradually moving items from storage into the new home. We are seniors, so it is not as easy as it was when were young. We absolutely love this new house, but the process to get into it was not a pleasant one toward the end. Hopefully, we will look back at this and laugh, but it is too soon to do that. I'm aware that the seller makes no guarantee on when closing of escrow would occur, but we had signed final documents more than once, thinking we were about to close, only to have our hopes dashed. I think Pacific Communities should have met us halfway in either helping with expenses or the lodging and at least have given us a more realistic timeframe for closing.

We barely just moved in and the shower faucet already fallen off twice already. The heater/HVAC has already leaked. The staffs were always helpful though which is good but its just so frustrating that we barely moved in for a week and all this problem keep showing up. Not to mention our closing date was moved too and the house is a new build home so I thought it would be great when we moved in. Not to mention the toilet clogged on like the first week too and charged us $900+ for it. Its almost impossible for anyone to flush that much wet wipes for it to be clogged like that. We were there for less than a week.
