Overall, dealing with [name removed] has been delightful. The only thing I found lacking was the website to post warranty concerns as a first year owner. Don’t think it worked properly since I never got a response.

I disliked the fact that I signed my initial contract the end of October 2025, was told it would be completed the end of May. It was moved to June then finally July 2025. When asked they stated that people were changing out or left the positions. Then they had to get someone to replace them. Plus I shouldn’t have to call the closing department for updates. Stylecraft should be reaching out to the me the buyer with updates. -Change to tub they stated they couldn’t change supplies already ordered  -Said we could have one address then couldn’t because only has shower -Picked one elevation and it turned out to be a different one -Not being notified of change in closing date -wrong kitchen sink initially installed -wrong cabinet color - changed -blinds not installed on front 3 windows, had to keep asking. They said initially it wasn’t on the purchase order but after Closing they were installed. - In May I found flies all over house and bad smell. Only later to find out an animal had gotten in the walls. So then a remediation had to be done, master tub taken out and changed -no updates of process had to contact them Plus the sales person for Yowell Ranch had moved to Turnbo Ranch.

Pretty solid communication. Also, when changes had to be made schedule wise, [name removed] was very accommodating and worked with us when we had unforeseen changes and issues pop up during the process of buying our house.

The garage is way too small. We like to park both of our vehicles in the garage but we can’t. We do not have oversized vehicles. We have a Honda civic and a Tacoma. We can’t fit the truck at all and the civic barely fits. Very disappointed.

I really appreciate Ms. [name removed] from the Warranty department. I have helped my parents buy 3 houses in the past from [name removed], but [name removed] far exceeds [name removed] in every aspect, beginning from the quality of the house to the warranty experience. Ms. [name removed] always answers my emails and calls promptly and kindly, and she always responds to my warranty requests within a few days and gets a technician to come out within a week or less. The portal system is also very convenient and easy, and I can request warranty matters quickly without an issue. Mr. [name removed] also has been helpful, especially regarding the multiple cracks found on my driveway. At first, I was very frustrated with those cracks and very worried, since I closed on this house on June 4 but many cracks were already emerging on my driveway, whereas thd driveways of all the other houses around me were clean and good without any crack. However, Mr. [name removed] came with Mr. [name removed] the other day. Mr. [name removed] assured me that [name removed] will show integrity and hold me accountable through his email and words of assurance, so if the size of a crack increases to 1/4 inch, then his team will replace the driveway, even after the one-year warranty term ends. This relieved me a lot from the stress. Again, this experience proved to me that Stylecraft provides an exceptional house and warranty experience far beyond what [name removed] provided.
