The sales person and builder were very accommodating. The home owner walk through was good but should have been a separate experience from the blue-tape walk.

There were some issues, but the construction manager, [name removed] and his team were quick to resolve anything that came up right away. They didn't make excuses, deny the problem, but were very attentive and fixed everything. Also, before and after the sale, [name removed] in sales was very courteous, helpful, and displayed excellent customer service skills. I am really impressed with the group at Moss [name removed].

The sales representative, [name removed], was very pleasant to deal with and most helpful every step of the way. When we did our walk through and punchlist, [name removed] was very accommodating and, we were impressed by how hard [name removed] and his crew worked to make sure everything was fixed just right before closing. We could see that they really wanted us to be happy with the house. And of course we were!!

It hasn’t been hard to get people in the phone however, we have had an issue with the warranty on our microwave where it went out and Samsung is refusing to pay for installation.
