I was promised a refrigerator at closing. Never received.. also, because construction has halted the whole area is full of weeds and looks like a ghost town. I am ashamed to have people see my townhouse because it lools so bad

I like that the fact when I did my first walk through [name removed] explained everything to me about the house because at first I was clueless but he told me don’t worry and explained everything and if I had any questions just to contact him.

The project lead/manager [name removed] and sales office rep [name removed] were continuously informative, helpful, and attentive. I was most impressed by their old school respectfulness, and perfect gentlemen kindness. I love my home and the neighborhood. Beautiful and peaceful.

When I report a problem with my house I have to continue to follow up with them to fix it, and it feels like it won’t get fixed unless I continue to email/call. The customer service of fixing what is wrong with the house is not good.

As soon as I saw the SILVERSIDE COVE new community sign go up, I contacted someone about purchasing Lot 1. That someone was Mr. [name removed]. Mr. [name removed] put in contact with a lender and it was easy going from there. As I told Mr. [name removed], he made me feel the same way his grandmother did back in 1976 when I worked with her (very special), I'm sure this is done for everyone. Everything I wanted in my house I received, from the handicap ramp, the roll-in shower, widen doors for wheelchair and the walk-in tub. Thank you Mr. [name removed].

PM for our neighborhood was fantastic and helpful, thoroughly enjoyed our design appt and picking out everything we wanted, and so far the neighborhood has been great. The biggest dislike is just dealing with construction going on around, but that is not something alvarez can help.

Falsely advertising the neighborhood would have a working/functional gate and the pond would be complete. The mailbox still doesn’t work and the roads are continually filled with mud and trash from construction. Also the contractors make it impossible to leave the neighborhood on a regular basis due to parking in the street.
