I haven’t like how repairs have been handled. The painter were scheduled and came while my husband was here. When I got home, I noticed there were still several pieces of blue tape up that hadn’t been addressed and the under kitchen sink still had not been painted. These were issues from the initial inspection walkthrough. The carpenter was supposed to address an issue with some light fixtures but no one came. Again, this was an issue from the initial walkthrough. There was blue tape in the on two bathtubs where there’s a problem with the integrity of the tub, but it hasn’t been addressed. Overall, I’m not sure why after a repair there isn’t follow-up with how the repair went or why if the wrong person has been sent out for a repair why they don’t let [name removed] know so the right skills person can be sent. Those just issues with our home. As for he neighborhood, I’m not sure I’d recommend anyone because of how the neighborhood is managed. The grass on unoccupied lots isn’t maintained. There are broken sidewalks through the neighborhood. It’s just not a good look. There’s t least one loose floorboard in the kitchen.

For a new construction the quality of the shower surrounds in the master bathroom and the guest bathroom is substandard. Both showers crack with Im a week of moving in. Very disappointing. Additionally, the hand rail broke after lightly touching it.

Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. I have had a couple of communication issues where a project manager came to check on an issue instead of a particular vendor, which just drug out the process of getting things fixed.

Like the appointments walk-throughs prior to moving in the house. I like the follow up visits but no one is fixing anything yet. Very knowledgeable people working for [name removed], [name removed] was very helpful in choosing the right house for me and was always able to answer questions I had.

There has been no follow up to the 30 day walk through repair list. It took around 60 days to perform the walk through and I have only heard from the HVAC vendor and the issue was not resolved. There is no airflow in one of the bedrooms. The rest of the repairs do not impact the funciton of the house but the AC is a huge problem. You cannot sleep in there as it's too hot and stuffy. The HOA has been very difficult and rude. The overall upkeep of the lake and the pool is lacking and some of the pool furnture is dangerous to sit on. The paint on the inside walls rubs off very easily and there are many blemishes and bumps in the sheetrock and ceiling. The faucets in the bathroom have already become very loose and the tub faucet cannot be turned off all the way. Seems the house was built too quickly and the detail work was not given adequate time or attention to complete.
