The lack of oversight on subcontractors that were hired to build the house. Too many flaws that were not caught causing us the homeowner to have to deal with the appointments and contractors coming in to fix things. Some things were caught before the closing and a bandaid fix was applied. Not at all what would be expected from just purchasing a half million dollar home with upgrades.

I haven’t like how repairs have been handled. The painter were scheduled and came while my husband was here. When I got home, I noticed there were still several pieces of blue tape up that hadn’t been addressed and the under kitchen sink still had not been painted. These were issues from the initial inspection walkthrough. The carpenter was supposed to address an issue with some light fixtures but no one came. Again, this was an issue from the initial walkthrough. There was blue tape in the on two bathtubs where there’s a problem with the integrity of the tub, but it hasn’t been addressed. Overall, I’m not sure why after a repair there isn’t follow-up with how the repair went or why if the wrong person has been sent out for a repair why they don’t let [name removed] know so the right skills person can be sent. Those just issues with our home. As for he neighborhood, I’m not sure I’d recommend anyone because of how the neighborhood is managed. The grass on unoccupied lots isn’t maintained. There are broken sidewalks through the neighborhood. It’s just not a good look. There’s t least one loose floorboard in the kitchen.

The [name removed] employees were VERY accommodating to my wife and I. We were having to sell our house in a difficult market in Texas, and move all of our belongings to Baton Rouge. We're so incredibly thankful for [name removed] for making the process as smooth, and less stressful as possible

The limitations of being able to add things like upper cabinet lighting only lower cabinet lighting offered. The carelessness of the contractors regarding the sinks and bath tubs shouldn’t have chips and gouges out of tubs when they’re new and have to repair. Should not behave have concrete repairs because contractor dropped something and broke a piece of patio concrete. More care should be taken by contractor while installing the windows have several that are scratched up and one with a chip.

Quick response from [name removed] has been great however the communication from the contractors less than be desired from some not all. Some we are still waiting on resolution after coming to look at issues.

It's taking too long to resolve issues noted in the punch list/guaranty. 2 months after closing I'm still waiting for resolution of most of the items in the punch list.
