Besides calling the builder about water on my floor and they dismissed it as if it was nothing. No one came to look at it or nothing. I reached out about the floor near my loft having lumps and still I have yet to hear from anyone.

I am very satisfied with the customer service I’ve received. Anytime I have an issue. I do the maintenance request and Armadillo Homes send a representative ASAP and he takes care of everything.

I love the home , only dislike is the insulation because you can hear all the noise from water pipes when u are bathing and the noise from outside.

First of all closed on May 31. They made me stay on a date that I was going on vacation supposedly due to closing . The vacation was paid in full airfare and everything was lost due to them tell me I was closing that week. We didn't close till 30 day later. Then I told them I wanted to cancel the whole process and they told me stay and I'll make it you to you adding a new fridge and till now we never received it and no one reply when I text them.

Overall a 10. Great people working, from realtor, to maintenance from the first day of moving in. They followed up with us just to know how the house was, and if we had any issues to call them and they will take care of it. Great personnel overall and our new hone has been amazing. Great experience overall! Will definately recommend to all my friends and family!
