[Translated from ES] It is not a good thing in my experience, we have to be looking for them to "repair" the defects, only 2 of a list of 10 that were reported the first month that we moved have been repaired.

Its is falling apart everywhere. I have wall to wall cracks in my floor throughout the entire 1st floor. There has to be foundation issues and it hasn't been looked at.

From contract through move it, I liked how personnel worked around my work schedule to come out and meet us when it was time for any walk through.
