Toilet doesn't refill properly after flushing. Forgot to cutout part of the toe kick (not sure of proper term) In master bath to allow for a vent. One of the Toe kicks in the kitchen is already coming off. Other than those, we enjoy the house.

Everything was great, explained everything they needed to. But left some of the “blue tape” around the outside of the house which we were told that it’ll be touched up or fixed.

So for everything has been good. Besides the crack in my drive way two week after we moved in & the leak we had from the master bathroom

[name removed] was friendly and responsive. The home was tentatively scheduled to be completed in July 2021; however, we did not close until the end of Sept. Due to Pentrust locking my rate in too early, I had to close on the home before Oct 1st. I am extremely grateful that Aspen was able to make the accommodations so that I was able to close the last week of September. However, I feel like there was a lot of last-minute rushing and the home has a lot of "cosmetic" defects.

All warranty work wasn't completed after inspection. Blue tape was left with no fix. Notice a few walls aren't true. Some cracking in shower on corners and ethernet cable to living room does not work as intended

The Sales Associate ([name removed]) was amazing, she was always in top of making sure we were informed and had all that we needed. The Superintendent for the completion of the house ([name removed]) on the other hand was not reliable enough to fix corrections that were found on the walk-through prior to closing day. And even a month plus after still tried to contact him for corrections.

Taking too long had to make multiple claims and getting told that stuff is not warranted when they told us it would take time to notice things that are wrong with the home.

Wish we would have understood better the additional options we could choose on our home. We bought remotely and would have liked to have more options presented to us.

We liked the design . we disliked that all the things that were supposed to be fixed were not. And some issues that are arriving.

The timeline expectation could have been communicated better with regards to the delay that occurred due to the over dig needed to ensure proper house foundation. The delay was not communicated well enough for us to have expected the 2 to 3 month delay that happened.

The fact that I had a water leak 4 weeks after moving in is disappointing since it’s a brand new home. All the employees of Aspen View are amazing and have been attentive to all my concerns. If I wouldn’t have had so many things that rolled over after signing and the leak, I would have given the sections a higher rating.

I didn’t like the size of the garage. It’s supposed to be a two car but i can hardly fit two vehicles inside of it
