The labor, superintendent, warranty, and mostly the mortgage experience was FANTASTIC! We couldn't be happier with the home and our experience with getting it built. However, the sales representative, [name removed], left A LOT to be desired. From not presenting options to us, only to find out about them later on, to promising things that could be done just learn from the superintendent that it couldn't. We even asked for a feature that we were told couldn't be done, then learned in the frame walk that it was being done anyway, then [name removed] boasted at closing to our agent that he got it done, only to find it wasn't done when we moved in. We were told that window dressings were standard, then surprised that they were an upgrade and we were too late to add them. We weren't told about the breakfast kitchen until we saw it in another model. We were told the laundry cabinet was standard. We opted for the quartz countertop, then learned the cabinet was extra. We chose the black hardware option, only to learn later that the faucets weren't included. We requested a hold for a garbage disposal switch be drilled in the counter top, [name removed] said it wouldn't be a problem. Then at our frame walk through the superintendent said let us know it wasn't something they would do. We would need to have it done after moving in. All of these were acceptable answers and not deal breakers. But the over promising and underdeluvering of the salesman was extremely frustrating. Hopefully were in this house for a very long time. We have and will be recommending Aspen [name removed] to friends and family, but only with the disclaimer that they need to work with a different salesman. This is the short list of complaints. We're happy to provide additional feedback. Also, [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and the whole non-sales team were PHENOMINAL. We can't appreciate them enough.

The thing we disliked the most was dealing with so many different people sending us emails and documents to sign. It made it hard at time to. Eep up with who we were working with.

The whole process was extremely easy and everyone was so nice to work with. They were able to give us some great deals and closing only took two weeks before we had the keys.

After buying and the inspector who did not do his job. The house has a lot of cosmetic and design flaws I would not expect for a home that is over $500000. I know these are cookie cutter home, I know yall need to make a profit, and I know code issues are not at the fault of the builder. I just feel defeated when I should be excited when purchasing a new home. Doors don’t close, handles falling off, fans that were never hooked up, and corners that were cut to save money that honestly they could’ve done quick and cheaply. It just XXXXX s for us because there is not much we can do

This is our 4 house we’ve owned and it’s our favorite so far. The wish is that the yard was bigger, but that’s a want not a need. It’ll be hard to top this house in the future!

I am very happy with the quality of this home. I built a home in Ohio 3 years ago and was there every step of the way watching and correcting as we went along. We bought this one sight unseen and it has been as good or better quality than the Ohio home. Great Job! I'm also really happy with the responsiveness of the warranty team.

I absolutely hate my garage. I should have made sure that both of my vehicles would’ve fit in there prior to closing. I hate the location of my gate. One side of my house is dead space and the other sits on a slope. The tub in my basement has a crack from the floor shifting due to the ground settling. Although we have called about the tub cracking, no one has fixed the issue. I feel like it’s our responsibility to fix it now. I do love the neighborhood. I feel it’s quite and safe, except for when my truck got broken into.

Everyone was great throughout the entire process! We found the community when looking around online and came out multiple times to walk through the homes and see different options. The salesman never rushed us and answered all our questions, the orientation and warranty team are top notch as well from the initial walk through pre-close and beyond. We love our new home and the team behind it!!

The only issue I would mention is the sink faucet, the quality is below average. But other than that I definitely love the quality of material that comes with the house.
