the quality and craftmanship is lacking some for a new home. some materials and finishes chosen for the home are really not very good quality and I anticipate having to replace sooner than I would hope. for example- the carpet is very low quality and the stairs on the deck are really poorly constructed

I was told my first mortgage payment would be June 1st by Aspen and my broker. I showed up at my closing and was told my first mortgage payment was going to be May 1st. I tried along with my agent to get this resolved, but nothing was done. It has definitely cast a dark cloud over buying my first home. I am now really strapped financially because of this mistake. I would not have bought this house if I was told the truth at the outset of this process.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating From [name removed] to [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed]. All very nice people---they have excellent follow through. I just wish that I didn't sign up with a realtor at the time I decided I want to live in Aspen [name removed]--because my realtor was on vacation when I found this property. I explored on my own and found Aspen [name removed] and [name removed]; and the rest is history.

Our sales experience with [name removed] was terrible. Rarely communicated with us after we signed papers. All other things were great! [name removed] was phenomenal and went above and beyond. The preferred realtor [name removed] was the best!

I was told you would fix my fence during the walk through and then I'm told I was too late so you lied to me about fixing it.i was also told you were going to clean the mud out of my landscaping in the front yard since your construction people pushed the mud in my yard with a bobcat skid loader and that has never been done. Your team isn't reliable and doesn't follow through.
