Everything was smooth except for the toilet installed in this house. Sometimes the chain that let water fill the tank don’t open automatically and I have to open toilet water tank top each time I use the bathroom

I liked the two sales reps Alex Tanner and Stephanie Rollins professionalism, being a database for information, and they satisfied all my questions. Especially Alex for periodically reaching out to me giving me updates and photos of my build and for being the liaison between me and all other departments needed. Omar Lopez with the mortgage team was very helpful and professional with assisting me with all my questions in getting all required documentation completed for closing even periodically after his work hour. I met the superintendent Jeremy Langston during one of my checkups on my house and he asked me if I had any concerns, questions and addressed a couple of small concerns before my next checkup. During my original walk through Mitch Griffin had everything addressed before my closing date that I found during original walkthrough. Mark Walton during my follow up walkthrough after about a month from closing assisted me with creating multiple tickets for a few items found after moving in and even personally assisted me by adjusted one of my closet doors. On the day of closing I received a house warming gift from Alex and a starter gift bag from Aspine View Homes that was sufficient enough to hold me over for about a week or more (ex. Toolkit, toilet paper, dish soap..) For this being my first experience in building a home, I was really satisfied and enjoyed the overall experience and professionalism. Thank you Aspen View Homes and all associated vendors for a beautiful home and for my experience. Special thanks for all the construction workers, for all you did to help building my home.
