I have requested my concerns regarding my concrete, my sinking of the house holes in my garage. That’s critters in all with Aspen View Warranty through request warranties have come out and taking pictures and never get back to me and do everything in their power to kick the blame down to the next person. As a real estate agent, I believe that their due diligence and workers were incompetent and many people in the neighborhood feel the same way.

We were told that a fence was included with the purchase of the home and days before our closing, we were told this never happened and there was radio silence from our contact person.

The year warranty is good because the home has things that broke or needed work the first 30 days. I’m still finding things wrong that need to be corrected. My plan is to get everything fixed to include my lawn which was great until the builders did the sidewalk and lawn sank. Once I can get all repairs done I’ll put home back on market and find another home further North.

The sales experience was good. Several things after has been rough. Trying to get warranty work completed has been challenging. I have a sink hole in my front yard where the sidewalk and street are caving in. I was treated fairly rudely by the warranty people. When I called he implied I hadn't waited long enough (48 hours). It had been a week without hearing anything. He then informed me that it wouldn't be covered under warranty, but hadn't communicated that to me until I called him. I also had water leaking into an outlet that someone decided to put right under the water source for tge washer and dryer. Was not treated kindly by the warranty people on each occasion.

There is a lot of debris left over all over the front and back yard that is left over from the construction of the home. It seems that there was no effort to clean any of it before we moved it.

Our home did not get what I consider a good move in cleaning. It took me days to get stuff off the floors etc. I had to clean the entire house just to feel comfortable living here and I’m not overly picky.

A lot unfinished things at closing that is still being addressed. The quality of the workmanship wasn’t to our satisfaction. The home was rushed. On the sales part things weren’t communicated correctly. A lot of things were not offered like options had I known would of got. The overall experience of our first new home wasn’t a pleasant one.

The sales team was exclent. Hunter has been really great to work with hetting the final punchlist items taken care of. There were many issues that I brought to the table that were not addressed. There were way too many punchlist items that should have been addrrssed without me having to point them out. The exterior paint on many of the homes on my street was very poor. The final punch list walk being done at the same time as the orientation is a disservice to the home purchaser.

Everyone was helpful when purchasing the home and giving explanations of everything. After moving in there were a lot of problems in the house including mice infestation, calking in wet areas is cracking, things that were promised to be fixed during walkthrough were never fixed or cheaply fixed.

Need to pay attention to detail. Trim is off center in spots and still have spot that need to be touched up with paint. Just wish the house was truly ready cleaned and finished when we closed.

Things I didn’t find satisfying was not been able to make changes to the house such as the hardware. In the beginning they were building a different elevation from the one I had selected so it was frustrating having them to switch it to the one I had signed up for including having a different siding because it was back order but somehow [name removed] was able to get us the right siding. Lastly, our love in date got delayed by two weeks.
