[name removed] Amazon box, that was supposed to be a possitive feature was placed in a way that took up a large part of the garage addition. Now neither are possitives and I'll have to have one removed to utilize the other. [name removed] well thought out and very disappointing.

[name removed] in the sales office has been extremely helpful - even after we have closed! [name removed] has been great to work with on the repair and Warranty work!

Like: Our warranty rep, [name removed], has been wonderful. He's a true asset to your team and truly a jack of all trades. He went above and beyond to get things addressed and even fix things himself to save a warranty call. You won't find someone better - he is personable but also very knowledgable and will get his hands dirty. Dislike: Lack of attention to detail with fixtures, paint, caulk, etc.

Great experience so far, quality build. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with. [name removed] has been fantastic! Our previous homes were Lennar and the comparison is night and day. It’s evident that a lot of thought went into the details in our home.

I've said it even before closing. [name removed] Amazon drop box seemed to be an after thought as opposed to being a part of the design. It was installed on the side of the house and protrudes into one of the garage bays, making that bay useless for vehicles. There's no drain in the laundry room for the washing machine. We've had ongoing issues with the shingles blowing off, that shouldn't be associated with a new home. Unfortunately we were not onsite for the build, but frankly we shouldn't have to be.

First [name removed] was fantastic!!!! She is a 10 out of 10. Overall everything went well. Sometimes responses felt dismissive, but the questions were eventually addressed. This was not a [name removed] thing but a trades issue.

We liked how [name removed] was very responsive to all our questions, were available for us to walk through our home weekly and we didn’t feel like we bothered them. They are very welcoming and we felt like [name removed] was on our team and wanted to work with us to get everything we wanted. We were very happily surprised what comes standard in an Aspen View home at [name removed] [name removed], We looked at another builder and chose Aspen View because of the standard features.
