My experience with Aspen [name removed] has been mixed. Positive stand-outs: [name removed] went above and beyond to change all the LED lights to daylight instead of yellow. [name removed] had a custom accent tile installed in the bathrooms after a tile I’d never seen (and didn’t like) had been already installed. Note to future buyers: pay careful attention to the pictures in the contract even if the sales team tells you to ignore the pictures when signing. Negative standouts: I’ve had more problems with this house than I did in my prior house, which was also a new build, but through a lower-end builder. I expected to have a less stressful experience and higher quality house, but that hasn’t been the case in this house that is almost twice the price of my prior (adjusted to current market price). Some of the issues include dual HVAC installed backwards, missing smart switches, and wrong landscaping selection getting written into the contract (and costing $2K out of pocket after closing when it should have been bundled with the loan 8 months prior). Once the kinks are worked out and landscaping is done, I expect to enjoy this beautiful house for many years.

The communication was always so open, helpful and honest. I felt [name removed] and [name removed] were always there to answer any questions I had, to help me with additions to my home and would let me know if there were any changes or delays. I built a custom home 26 yeas ago which was a wonderful experience and I was concerned how down-sizing and having a tract home built would be. I have been so happy with the transition.

I we were just merely browsing on a whim, met [name removed] and he truly sold us the home. Hindsight, I wouldn’t be purchasing a home with you if I hadn’t met [name removed] that day.
