- The builders were so respectful and accommodated our timeline and schedule. - The job site was always clean. - While our home wasn’t a custom build, we feel like we had a lot of say in modifications that were made throughout the process. - [name removed] was so responsive and got us answers to our questions so quickly!

The home itself is great but the service received from the management team after the irrigation team improperly installed the sprinkler system causing over $1,000 in water leakage was unethical and unprofessional. If I was a single parent or a new family buying my first house, this would have been a financial burden. Your managers/accounting department's behavior is unbefitting of such organization.

During the buying process, [name removed] was great and quick to respond. [name removed] was absolutely fantastic during the loan process and truly went above and beyond. [name removed] truly cares about his clients and earned a customer for life for his exemplary customer service! I truly can not express how amazing [name removed] was to work with! [name removed] and [name removed] have been great in the post purchase phase. I do think there can be some refining on the walk-through and closing day walk-through process. Other than that, most concerns are being handled in a timely manner.

Everything was straight forward and up front with no hidden pricing or add ons needed. The sales team was great and we felt like they were happy for us and worked for us.

So far everything has been great with the home. We did submit one warranty claim and noone has contacted us about the claim. Second our 1 month post purchase walk through meeting has not been scheduled and we have been in the home for 2 months.
