We love our new home. From the spaces to the support when a warranty ticket is created. The only thing we didn’t like and are very disappointed are the quality of the cabinets.

The initial process of buying a home from CB Jeni was very good. The disappointing part came 30 days after closing. I have had my electricity and water shut off by construction crews and my internet box bulldozed. On each occasion, the construction manager was less than unwilling to help. Seems like once CB Jeni is funded for the home, they no longer have any interest in helping with anything.

First and foremost, I most appreciated the level of communication that was given throughout the construction phase. I decided to purchase about three months prior to the homes completion and I received construction updates every week. The quality of the home is high and if there was anything that I needed addressed, it was done thoroughly and promptly.

As I'm in the home little details were missed. There's paint droplets on the floor, the floor is soft in some areas and staining in the tub, shower basin and sinks. I've also already had issues with my refrigerator and it needs repairs
