I very much dislike the amount of trash left in my yard by the workers who are building around my house. It’s not the construction trash that’s an issue it’s the workers personal trash. The builders don’t seem to care about it but it’s a huge concern for the current home owners

The HOA & trash situation is terrible. On top of the excessive bugs in/outside of my brand new home is disappointing

The interaction with Ms [name removed] was amazing from beginning to close. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She had an amazing personality. I didn't buy in one community just because of how the sales rep interacted with me. I really appreciate her professionalism.

Most issues have been resolved promptly and satisfactorily. I have an outstanding air conditioning problem that was difficult to schedule but should be done this Friday.

[name removed] has been very nice, sweet and on top of things throughout this whole process. She’s also excellent at following through with others to expedite this whole process and keep things on track. [name removed] has been an absolute joy to work with!! He’s great at explaining things and has been excellent at getting some needed repairs done promptly and efficiently.

My warranty person [name removed] is great. He always meets my warranty request in a timely manner with a great, positive attitude. What I don't like is the shifting of my walls and floors. I have cracks all over the home due to I guess the shifting of the house. The house is brand new but the cracks make it feel like an old home.
