Our sales agent, [name removed], was very helpful and knowledgeable. The weekly update he gave us was above and beyond, very informative and impressive! The closing was efficient and quick! [name removed], our builder was also great! Immediately took the list of things that are needed to be done. He’s very friendly and accommodating to our requests!

[name removed] was extremely helpful and accommodating. I had a tight timeline and some very specific needs. He was able to make everything come together in very short order. [name removed] is also a standout- he is still in touch and is making sure all the small things I’ve noticed after moving in are addressed. 5 stars for both of them.

Overall the purchasing process with pretty straight forward. Only issues we may have had were due to miscommunication with an outside lender that we chose to use.

Only thing I disliked is the price of the property. Jokes apart. There was nothing that we could dislike, there was transparency in the every transaction, commitment to deliver what was promised, efforts involved to make things work. Commendable job by both [name removed] and [name removed].

We are very happy with our CB Jeni Townhome purchase at Painted Tree community, [name removed] TX. We were very impressed and satisfied with CB Jeni Sales person [name removed]. [name removed] has been very prompt at answering all our questions, providing guidance and timely updates on the progress of the homes. [name removed] has always been reachable and quick to respond on any questions we had prior to purchase of the home and after during the construction phase. It really made our lives so easy, as we always knew that we were in good hands. Closing of the home was done on time as mentioned at the time of the contract and home was delivered with utmost quality. Overall great experience with purchase of CB Jeni Homes. Thank you very much CB Jeni team. Special thanks to [name removed]. You are the best!

The title company was a little slow in providing some information to my lender in time because of which there were last minute delays and I had to bear additional closing cost
