I was very pleased with the overall quality of the house, but there were details that weren't coordinated with us (floor and shower tile). The response from the builder supervisor was underwhelming. Further, the supervisor (Jamie) shouldn't have been the one to answer our issues with tiling and other areas. It should have come from the sales office. Jamie was helpful in the beginning but as the schedule wore on he was less responsive and unhelpful in getting our issues resolved. Would have preferred to talk with Sales rather than worry about the build quality due to poor relations with the GC.

We Classic Home leaders were very unhelpful in assisting me in securing a mortgage. Which in turn lost me $10,000 in closing from Classic Homes.

The sales staff was exceptional and responsive! They were always helpful and pleasant. Our project manager Jamie was also superior. The pictures sent weekly was a very nice touch. Great job by all of the team!

Home owner required to oversee the operations and find mistakes by the builder. Builder response to issues limited and only if initiated by home owner.

Super slow response time to warranty issues. Been waiting for new cabinetry for 2 months. Waiting for garage door to be fixed for a month. Unimpressive service so far.

We had some difficulty with some sub-contractor work (hand trowel) and discrepancy over the plan that cost us in excess of $3000 extra. Neither of those major issues were dealt with to our satisfaction

There were a few repairs that were needed to be done in the first year. All but one of those was completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. The personnel were responsive to phone calls and emails and quite personable and caring. They show they care personally about their work. One minor repair was requested three times but not completed.

The build process through close and into first month of living in home has been fantastic! Everyone has been so great. Chelsey & Jaimie were closest to the process, and they were so willing to help and are a credit to Classic. The only person I found troublesome to deal with is the Sales manager Ty, but I would suppose that's his job.

We had a positive experience with every single staff member of Classic homes. They show a high level of professionalism while being extremely personable. At the end of the buying experience, they felt like friends and we view them now as friends. They never made promises they couldn't keep but did look for ways to be flexible with our particular circumstances.

We feel that the sales team & Jaime (construction manager over Turin) worked very hard to satisfy us. They were very responsive and open with us, always showing professionalism & concern. We were disappointed with Classic's standard options and frustrated with the high cost of even minimal upgrades. Although we were made to feel apprehensive about requesting some of our CPRs (especially in the new Summit floor plan), we were pleased with Classic's efforts to accommodate the changes. We felt the draw fees were a bit excessive, but felt the charge for the custom work was fair. The touch up repairs before close were done with somewhat shoddy workmanship. We were pleased with Classic's ability to close on schedule. We have appreciated the support from Classic after we've moved into our home. We are hopeful but not overly optimistic about the repairs to be done that were found in our 30 day walk thru. We are still waiting on follow up regarding a plumbing issue.

Jamie, was fantastic. He explained the situation and helped us through the whole process. Chelsea at the design studio was knowledgable and helpful. She did a great job helping us design our kitchen change. The ladies at the sales office we're helpful and friendly.

Overall I am very happy with the experience. I do think that it would be a much better experience if there would be more open discussion on the landscaping requirements of the HOA upfront. It is very restrictive regarding the personal desire to put different fencing and perhaps herb gardens.
