The office staff is amazing and Jarrod, who was the lead on the build and checked in every Friday was great! The design studio appointments went really well, but communication in between appointments was not as efficient as I would have hoped for at times. There were some things that felt rushed with the design process as some things take a lot of time and appointment times are limited. I was disappointed that the can lights at our entry are on the same switch as the coach lights and there was absolutely no flexibility in changing that.

When the water main broke coming in to our house, Ricky was exceptionally responsive and worked with the company that repaired the line, the city, and the landscaper to put everything back as though nothing happened. Despite the mess, Classic Homes delivered.

Out total experience was exceptional. We have built with Classic in the past and why we chose to do it again. Everyone is extremely friendly and efficient at their job which made the process much stress free and enjoyable. I would totally build with them again but hopefully this is our forever home!

I was highly impressed with the sales people. They were very knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. I also liked the way they emailed pictures of the house every week during construction. The builders were also competent and resolved any issues that arose. I loved my experience with my designer at the the design center. And closing was made so easy for me. They made me feel like a VIP.

When we first moved in it was easy to get the few issues resolved. Now after 9 months there are long delays for service forcing us to pay for repairs ourselves. Now we are having issues with the soil next to our house not being tamped down well enough and settling more than 8 inches, consequently causing a break in the sprinkler line at the elbow joint, shooting out water for more than 8 hours before it was descovered!

Our sales and design teams were very supportive during the purchase and building of our home. However, once the paperwork was signed and the house was closed on, it has been difficult to get Classic to address issues with the home. Ultimately, most everything has been addressed to our satisfaction, but it required a great deal of pushback on our part to have everything accomplished sufficiently.

This was our third home build experience and Classic Homes stands out as the best builder. The sales team (Cara, Theresa, and June) made us feel like a truly valued customer and was always ready to help us and or advocate for us. Bob Kennedy was an outstanding build leader who was always ready to help us as well. Bob was amazingly tenacious to deliver the best build quality. We truly had an outstanding experience and the best part is we love this house -which has become our home. We are very grateful for the Classic team that helped us build our new home.

The only experience with Classic Homes that I did not like had to do with warranty registration. As the buyer, it was left up to me to get model numbers and serial numbers of all appliances and all equipment in the crawl space. The numbers for the kitchen appliances were easy to find. The numbers for the equipment in the crawl space is difficult. I still don’t have the model numbers and serial numbers for the equipment in the crawl space, and therefore the equipment has not been registered. All of this should have been given to me by the installers. At the time of installation, that would have been the time to record all necessary information for registration purposes. I hope you can change this for future home buyers.

Superintendent weekly updates and photos from sales team were a huge plus. The progress from time of contract to start of excavation seemed to lag longer than expected, but once the foundation was installed the finish of the house went very fast and smooth.

Overall I am very happy with my Classic Home. However the Kitchenaid microwave that came with my upgrade kitchen is the worst microwave I have ever had! It doesn't thaw, it barely cooks, it is a frustration to use. I have made a warranty contact to Classic about it, but nothing was done. I want to get rid o it! Help please!

Classic responded relatively quickly to some minor repair requests we submitted. We are starting to see some more issues with the build quality to longer we are in the house including the garage doors not sealing well, the grading causing some drainage issues and creaking in the floor.

Our favorite part was the design Studio with Jessica. Our least favorite part was the initial contract. There are a lot of instances that felt rushed through or were not explained to understanding.

I truly enjoyed working with everyone at Classic throughout the entire process. The only negative experience I can mention was our experience with Home Run Electronics. They were great at the initial meeting. However, once they did the initial install, we had questions and some additional things to be completed. They never followed up on our calls, and we went elsewhere for our needs. You guys did a phenomenal job across the board. I especially liked working with June; she's my lady!
