This was the absolute BEST end to end home purchase of our lifetime! We first met our sales professional (Tina) 10 months ago and she was absolutely amazing! All of our questions were answered, follow up and follow through were exceptional! Our building superintendent (Jamie) talked on the phone each week, recapping the progress of the past week as well as gave us a time line for the current week. He took his time to answer all of our questions and went out of his way to help us in every way he could. I so enjoyed each Monday morning conversation with Jamie, telling him I’d miss talking with him after our build was complete. Jamie is a consummate professional with a world class personality and we are so thankful he was in charge of our build. Leigh in the design center was so helpful, professional personable and an amazing interior designer! Diane answered every question we had and her follow up and follow through exceeded any/ all of our expectations!

Capstone was a disappointment. Did not have checks ready for my payoffs and my broker which meant a trip to their office to wait for checks! Sales team at classic and the team crushed it! Super attentive and willing to go the extra mile. Home - lacking the Classic known for quality.

The whole process was seamless - the construction manager was communicative and the sales team was always there to answer our questions. I've heard your staff say "there is no perfect home"....but I think you came exceptionally close with this one!

We purchased from out of state, and the communication was excellent. The weekly calls and photos helped. When we traveled to close in person, the experience with everyone, especially Mac, was great.

I love the communication and transparency that Classic provided. Hayden and the sales team as well as Jessica and the design team. Everyone made this process amazingly easy. My husband and I were building this home while living in Alaska, and the attention to service and detail that everyone provided was far beyond what I was expecting. It put me at ease knowing that we were well taken care of.

I have liked the responsiveness. I have disliked the punctuality and communication regarding appointments. On a few occasions, I've asked the technicians to call me prior to arriving at the appointment time so that I can notify tenants but the technicians would come late and then call me when they were at the property.

Classic has been very responsive to warranty claims. Unfortunately, when they installed our floating laminate floors, one of the subcontractors caulked where the baseboard and floor met. Since the floors are meant to move, the caulk moves with the floor and looks very sloppy. Since caulking is technically a cosmetic aspect, it's not covered by the warranty. I would expect that flooring in an expensive home would be installed correctly.

Karin and Josh were very informative and help us everyday along the process. They are assets to the company. Kudos to Seth and Allan who kept us informed weekly during the build process. Allan went above an beyond to ensure our home was built properly and made sure it was to our specifications.

There were some communication breakdowns that caused for time consuming efforts on our part to find the information. There were also some individuals who were available to work through concerns. Overall, the experience was probably par for purchasing a home.
