Liked that the 30 days was scheduled upfront so that appointment would happen w/o me having to remember to schedule. I felt some of my concerns at that appointment were "dismissed". But, two big things were addressed and resolved.

I love my home!!!! When I called Hóme Office for a few things that needed attention, they responded quickly and took care of the problem.

I felt like the final walk through was misleading. We were in a rush to get to the closing and we’re told a lot of things like paint on the hardwood would be taken care of by home warranty. Then home warranty basically covers nothing. Very misleading. Also, our garage had tons of holes and the trim on the left side of the garage was hallow and allowed mice in our garage. Of course, it isn’t covered by warranty either lol

What we like is that Classic Homes has been cooperative and has let us extend our 30 day inspection being that we have been traveling back forth to and from California.

There have been more than a couple times someone has no-showed/no-called for an appointment. Being told "we can fix it but it may come out worse". Having to alter the way things should look in order to fix a problem.

Cara and Julie are amazing. I met them 3 years ago at the Midtown off of Woodman Rd. They were great back then, thus it made it easy to come back to Classic when I was ready, the bonus was they were at 4 Square when I toured. People are always your best product

I enjoy the fact that the warranty exist. The warranty gives new homeowners the peace of mind that they need to feel comfortable with purchasing their first home.

During the inspection 1 week before move-in/closing, we felt our concerns and many things we pointed out were minimized. On several items we were told "it is what it is", or, "if we try to fix it, it will just look worse", or, "there isn't anything we can do about it". It got to the point pointing things out started making us feel awkward. We stood our ground on a few things, such as our freezer was not working, but ended up being talked out of putting some items down on the list. Some things that we were made to feel like we were being a nuisance by asking for corrections were: master toilet sitting in contact with water supply, crooked chandelier, unlike garage door panels, epoxy all over kitchen backsplash, cabinet alignment, crooked master bedroom barn door, and concrete splatter on exterior siding.
