Liked the design process and weekly updates. Disliked the process to finish up the small details. It was apparent there was a lack of attention to detail. Sloppy paint job for the whole house and improperly installed front door.

Takes multiple attempts to get warranty service. Generally have to follow up with both Consort warranty department and associated company to get requests fulfilled. Although much effort goes into my submission (detailed description of defects, accompanying photos) service requests to contractor are at most one liners that do not detail scope of issue. This in turn requires multiple visits to my home which is very inconvenient.

Scheduling repairs with Warranty and [name removed] do not get done.

The rough in for the shower was put in the wrong place under the HVAC venting. We had to pay a plumber $1,700 to move it in order to meet code. Consort will not reimburse us even though it was done wrong. We even have a county inspector tell us it would not meet code.
