[name removed] and [name removed]. [name removed] in sales stayed with us through the entire process. There were many iterations and change orders. He kept track of them and kept our expectations met. [name removed] did what he could to keep us updated throughout the entire build. Which brings us to [name removed]. [name removed] is simply the best building superintendent that you could ever ask for. [name removed] is organized and detail oriented. It was not uncommon to see [name removed] at our home in the evenings or on the weekend. It seemed that he took a special interest in the proper construction of our home. To be fair, he probably does tha for all his homes. Warlier, I said that [name removed] "did what he could" to keep us updated. What I meant by that is [name removed] would see us at the home or driving down the street. He would stop what he was doing to give us an update on what had been completed and what was coming up. We always knew so much about the construction of our home. We thank both of these gentlemen for their professionalism.

I love the finished product so much, that’s my favorite part! From the start, I very much appreciated all of my options and ability to change things......i.e. make our garage much larger and move the home back farther on the lot, and [name removed] was the best project manager, always keeping me up to date and well informed!!

Best building superintendent, ever. We have built custom homes in the past. [name removed] has shown us a building experience that exceeded our expectations. We had a warranty issue that included functional, as well as esthetic considerations. [name removed] brought the issue to [name removed] and he understood and agreed. [name removed] scheduled the work and the result is truly remarkable. Everyone that sees the results and knew how it looked before all agree that this is high quality work. We are thankful to [name removed] and [name removed] for making this right.

We like Madeira model. It is a solid home, the distribution. We are especially satisfied wth the customer service we have received thru [name removed]. He always listened to our concerns and followed thru as best he could. We like that the main office is nearby and you won’t disappear on us soon.

We liked the square footage [removed] distribution of the home as far as the open concept is concern, what we don't like is the quality of the floors, bathroom accessories, tile on the bathrooms which are of poor quality. The workmanship had flaws which we had called the builder to have it addressed [removed] were done, we still having issues with the electric system, bulbs light keep burning up for no reason.

Overall I am pleased with the quality of the home. I would say my overall complaint is just a lack of attention to the final details. Like painting the baseboards in WATER vs. OIL. Orleaving grout [removed] paint on wood [removed] tiles (most of which I was able to remove). And then there is the ongoing disappointment with my master bathroom shower which everyone agrees was built wrong but it is too expensive to fix [removed] I will have to spend my own money in the future to fix glass doors that are hung askew [removed] a tile floor that they used DARK brown instead of BEIGE as in the rest of the bathroom.

Our foreman, [removed], was extremely helpful during the home build. He was prompt to give us feedback when we had concerns. He as quick to make adjustments if any issues, [removed] he was at the house personally ensuring things like our counter tops [removed] sink were not damaged by workers.
