[name removed], our construction manager, is a consummate professional, a master of his trad. He ensured our blue tape walkthrough was detailed and delivered and every checklist item. We would have appreciated a more thorough review of the sprinkler system- it has been a challenge sorting through the control panel.

Well, guys... I own a Marketing agency and can see a lot you guys are not doing when it comes to UX. Maybe a little Holiday Card or email for birthday, maybe some discounts with your suppliers for future work (e.g. landscaping, repairs etc...), maybe do a little family photo in front of the new home etc, etc... I know you don't have to but it's a very nice customer care experience. Other than that, warranty service seems to be good so far. Maybe propose an extended warranty too.

[name removed] salesperson was very nice and had great intentions for us, but his sales tactics were not very thorough. For example, we wanted several significant upgrades and he seemed resistant to wanting to give them to us. Some upgrades were never discussed or suggested that we found out later we could have done them. We know that the build process was challenging for everyone so we completely understand all of the issues [name removed] faced. [name removed] was absolutely amazing through ever step.

Disliked the fact that each crew could care less about what the crew before them worked on. I think it might just be the crazy times we are in right now, but a lot of things felt very rushed and thrown together. Hiring someone just to focus on quality control would be a good idea.

Salesperson should have mentioned options that where available. Salesperson was very nice. [name removed] was great. Your tile sub-contractor could be better along with your clean up crew on the house.
