The sales person [name removed] was great, but the quality of the home is worst thing I ever seen for a Grand Home. We still have work that was promised to done that is not completed and no shows for repairs. We have issues drywall guy not finishing up work and not meeting up to Grand standards. Just a very bad overall experience and very disappointing after waiting a long time to purchase a Grand home just really bad experience and dissatisfied with the purchase of this home and level of customer service.

Quality of the home is unfortunately is very cookie cutter and you all failed to make it right and multiple very visits to home, simple Sheetrock work was horrendous and I still have green tape on the areas from work that has not been completed since August of 2023.

Warranty response is awesome, they schedule at the earliest, they check thoroughly and fix the founded issue. Always had a good experience. Very professional. [name removed] is so good and his response is great every time if I ask a question or report an issue.

I like the way home is being built. There are few things I wish could be better. The front door could be of better quality and heavy. The HVAC has been giving me trouble since I moved in, there is a huge amount of water on the pan and everytime, HVAC guy comes and visit, they said there is nothing wrong. The wood on door frame is been splitting. The wood on stair case is splitting. I think it's just low quality timber been used.

My sales rep [name removed] and builder [name removed] were great! They took over my house that was halfway built and behind and got it finished in a decent time considering the position they were put in. The only reason I didn’t give a ten is because I was told that my fence that was put up would be adjusted to meet up and equally with the house being built next door and that didn’t happen. In order to get it adjusted properly, I will have to come out of pocket $800 to get it done.

Our experience buying almost a million dollars home, probably we were expecting a finest start. Had to cut through the walls to fix water lines in one of bathrooms, we still have an issue with our dishwasher although [name removed] being so helpful fixing it yet we still have leaking dishwasher. We had some issues with our contact. Specially on the seller contributions. Contract first page needs to be simplified more so that buyers clearly understand what they are paying. We signed for the price and verbally we were asked to trust what we were signing saying that the contract was confusing. Which didn’t end up well. We liked the grand home do far. No other issues. I would still recommend 10/10 to my family and friends.

Warranty people/contractors didn’t deliver the good quality fixes that needed to be done, we still have issues with dishwasher. Wall that was cut and repaired we still can see cracks. Person from warranty never came back to fix etc

When I did finally close on my house, which honestly took 4 (four) separate attempts because they scheduled me for closing but didn’t have either the ovens in or the master bedroom tub installed, which cost me higher interest rates, I wondered what else was wrong. I mean one failed closing is enough but 3 or 4 is definitely intentional and irresponsible. Well, my double oven still doesn’t work. They told me I had to find someone to fix it. During my walk thru the over came on but after waiting several minutes for the oven to get hot I just figured it was slow in warming up so I moved on to something else; big mistake! The ovens come on but won’t heat up to the set temperature. Totally abnormal and an electrical hazard for sure. Still trying to get those double ovens fixed and I’ve been in the house 6 months. Definitely don’t like that about customer care. But [name removed] [name removed] has some nice people but they scare me with certain issues. So be careful and be warned, but my expensive upgrades look nice. Lots of cheap lighting options left me disappointed too.

As you know, there's always unforseen delays in the process. [name removed] did a great job and used everything in his arsenal to mitigating any further delays. Lastly, post transaction, [name removed] is very attentive on assisting on any warranty claims while pointing everything in the right direction.

The process was extremely slow, the builder was unreachable. Cabinets are falling apart, restroom door upstairs will not close, lots of door handles are loose, master bathroom electrical does not work, backyard fence is broken in the bottom and the builder promised to fit it and failed to.

Dislike: Major lack of follow up from our first builder, [name removed]. Promised weekly updates and never kept us up to date. He failed to follow up when discussing issues and failed to order several pieces of materials for the build - the biggest omission was his failure to order back splash tile. The biggest dislike is in regards to the timeliness of completion. Originally supposed to close in December to January. Then it became various weeks in February and March and then the end of May. We purchased the house in May 2021and were told 5-7 months not one year. The biggest aggravation was that [name removed] didn't seem to care nor ever seemed to have anyone working. Weeks went by without any thing happening. Likes: The final product. We are happy with the final home build. It's not necessarily a 10, but a strong nine. We need to give a HUGE thanks to [name removed], who walked into a complete and utter mess and managed to get things in order and completed. I can only think that we may not have been in the house yet without his management of this project. He was humble, gracious, attentive and has a real knack with detail. This house gets a 9 because of him. Without him, this total score would have been in the 5-7 range for sure. Thank you [name removed] for ALL your endless work , dedication and hours put into getting our home to completion.

positive: 1- [name removed] was amazing in helping out and finalizing the house. 2- The house looked nice at the end. negative: 1- The main thing was the fence we signed a contract with the fence extension, assuming the fence was getting installed all the way to the front near the garage, this what we signed on the contract and we filed PSA for it, the fence was installed on the last week before delivering the house and per builder the PSA was entered incorrectly.. I got a large lot to enjoy a large backyard, but ended up with a small fenced area which was disappointing. 2- The design studio sessions are not enough, this is a major thing especially selecting all the details for the house. If the designer failed to mention some details, we will need to file a PSA and that was a major problem (most PSAs were rejected), the design studio sessions should be 3 or 4 times with the process of building the house. 3- It took around 1 year 1 month to build the house, and everything was rushed in the last 2-3 months.

I hated the entire process from start to finish starting with the design center; builders, length of time to build, change of workers, quality of materials, $30 light fixture for $800K home... the quality of contractors all being "D" students I'm sure. I like that my realtor and her husband was thoughtful enough to clean the place before giving me the keys The warranty personnel Mr. [name removed] and staff; who has tried to satisfy all warranty issues; I give them a "10". But clearly; I did not get a good deal and I think they know it. They have apologized several times . Please contact me at 972-632-9174 if you need more details.

I enjoyed my experience with [name removed] from the beginning. He has gone above and beyond for me and even when I was experiencing unnecessary challenges, he did everything he could to improve the experience. My experience at the [name removed] [name removed] with [name removed] was awesome! She was absolutely helpful and was very quick to let me know if a change was needed due to lack of supply. I appreciated her quick response and transparency. When the build of the home began, I was absolutely blown away by the level of service [name removed] provided. I understood that the pandemic has pushed things off and that were humans, therefore some mistakes would be made. There was hardly any mistakes but when there was [name removed] never gave an excuse, owned responsibility, and took care of the issue. The level of quality he was providing and the service was beyond my expectations. I kept bragging to people about my experience with him. However, [name removed] Homes decided to switch [name removed] with [name removed]. I explained to [name removed] how important it was for me that the house gets build to the expectations that everyone at [name removed] Homes set for me. I told him that I wanted him to understand that I will never push him to complete the home in a set amount of time. I was flexible and want to give him that respect as long as the quality of the house isn't compromised. However, ever since working with [name removed], my experience has been absolutely horrible. And what was an awesome and exciting experience turned into stress and even turned hostile and very unprofessional from [name removed].

My double ovens didn’t work and I had to find a repair person. When going through walk thru they turned on the oven but I assumed it would heat up. It got to about 150 degrees and I assumed the double oven, which cost extra, would eventually get to 400 degrees so they turned it off, instead of just waiting. That was a mistake. Once I signed the contract I bought a broken double oven for a new house and [name removed] [name removed] would not fit it. I had to use warranty and that took almost a year before the parts came. Check everything people! Where ever a builder can get over on you, they will. That’s my warning to every buyer. Talk to others without any one around to find the horror stories. I’m sure some people are satisfied too. They had some nice people. And some were demons from below. Protect yourself. Especially from the little things. Happy building experience.

Our first builder [name removed] did not follow PSA and made mistakes that could not be corrected. [name removed] (2nd builder) did not follow through with cosmetic defects that he promised would be fixed correctly. We were initially informed that we would get a walk through before closing and would be able to put blue tape where we found issues and were not fixed or needed repairs, but that was not the case. We were pressured to accept the house as-is or we couldn't close escrow and it would be delayed as a last ditch effort to have us close, knowing our current residence we were renting had expired yet again.. The day we closed escrow [name removed] yelled at us in front of people and accused us of bullying his painter which was not the case. This was totally un acceptable regardless of the pressure he is under, not professional what so ever, we spent over $700K on a upgraded home with [name removed] Homes and this treatment received was not really something we needed to receive. He also said we didn't buy a custom home, it's a production home. That was not what we were told when we purchased our home. We feel that we were misinformed on many issues and didn't feel valued. This was not a smooth or pleasurable experience it was stressful and not a good experience. We were always getting conflicting information. We were given many different move in dates and we explained multiple times that we were in an Air BNB and the cost was substantial that was not planned for as well as having to move to another location due to the miss-information. The house is very nice do not get us wrong, but the professionalism presented has created an unsatisfactory feeling. Even our original [name removed] person did not even contact us afterward to see how we were doing.

I loved the initial process of meeting with [name removed], designing the homes, and the first few months of the build. It was at the last 4 months of my build that I was assigned to a new builder (Lead builder [name removed]) and my experience turned absolutely horrible and unprofessional. After one year of living in the home I am very satisfied but annoyed as well noticing lack of quality from the lack of care of the last builder. All cabinets for example have been finished horribly. I expected better quality from grand homes and was disappointed with this. In regards to working with the warranty department, [name removed] has been absolutely awesome! He took care of a major electrical issue and ensured a test electric fixed it, even when they tried to push back. [name removed] went above and beyond and this experience reminded me how great [name removed] homes can be.

The length it took(can’t really control the Covid aftermath ). [name removed] communication(like a weekly/biweekly update). Update the basics. If you’re [name removed] [name removed] and put your product above the rest then your basics shouldn’t be so basic ( Ceiling fans, shower heads, sink hardware, doorbells…???????)!!!

I love that the construction timeline was met with very little delay which is rare in the current world we are living in right now. I really appreciated the effort from [name removed], the construction manager to meet the deadline and complete the house according to the estimated closing date. There were some issues here and there along the building process but [name removed] took care of those issues quickly. He was very accomodating to my requests. We love everything about our new [name removed] home.

The level of quality he was providing and the service was beyond my expectations. I kept bragging to people about my experience with him. I explained to [name removed] how important it was for me that the house gets build to the expectations that everyone at [name removed] Homes set for me. I told him that I wanted him to understand that I will never push him to complete the home in a set amount of time. I was flexible and want to give him that respect as long as the quality of the house isn't compromised. However, ever since working with [name removed], my experience has been absolutely horrible. And what was an awesome and exciting experience turned into stress and even turned hostile and very unprofessional from [name removed].

Our first builder [name removed] did not follow PSA and made mistakes that could not be corrected. [name removed] (2nd builder) did not follow through with cosmetic defects that he promised would be fixed correctly. We were initially informed that we would get a walk through before closing and would be able to put blue tape where we found issues and were not fixed or needed repairs, but that was not the case. We were pressured to accept the house as-is or we couldn't close escrow and it would be delayed as a last ditch effort to have us close, knowing our current residence we were renting had expired yet again.. The day we closed escrow [name removed] yelled at us in front of people and accused us of bullying his painter which was not the case. This was totally un acceptable regardless of the pressure he is under, not professional what so ever, we spent over $700K on a upgraded home with [name removed] Homes and this treatment received was not really something we needed to receive. He also said we didn't buy a custom home, it's a production home. That was not what we were told when we purchased our home. We feel that we were misinformed on many issues and didn't feel valued. This was not a smooth or pleasurable experience it was stressful and not a good experience. We were always getting conflicting information. We were given many different move in dates and we explained multiple times that we were in an Air BNB and the cost was substantial that was not planned for as well as having to move to another location due to the miss-information. The house is very nice do not get us wrong, but the professionalism presented has created an unsatisfactory feeling. Even our original [name removed] person did not even contact us afterward to see how we were doing.

I love that the construction timeline was met with very little delay which is rare in the current world we are living in right now. I really appreciated the effort from [name removed], the construction manager to meet the deadline and complete the house according to the estimated closing date. There were some issues here and there along the building process but [name removed] took care of those issues quickly. He was very accomodating to my requests. We love everything about our new [name removed] home.

When I did finally close on my house, which honestly took 4 (four) separate attempts because they scheduled me for closing but didn’t have either the ovens in or the master bedroom tub installed, which cost me higher interest rates, I wondered what else was wrong. I mean one failed closing is enough but 3 or 4 is definitely intentional and irresponsible. Well, my double oven still doesn’t work. They told me I had to find someone to fix it. During my walk thru the over came on but after waiting several minutes for the oven to get hot I just figured it was slow in warming up so I moved on to something else; big mistake! The ovens come on but won’t heat up to the set temperature. Totally abnormal and an electrical hazard for sure. Still trying to get those double ovens fixed and I’ve been in the house 6 months. Definitely don’t like that about customer care. But [name removed] [name removed] has some nice people but they scare me with certain issues. So be careful and be warned, but my expensive upgrades look nice. Lots of cheap lighting options left me disappointed too.

I like the way home is being built. There are few things I wish could be better. The front door could be of better quality and heavy. The HVAC has been giving me trouble since I moved in, there is a huge amount of water on the pan and everytime, HVAC guy comes and visit, they said there is nothing wrong. The wood on door frame is been splitting. The wood on stair case is splitting. I think it's just low quality timber been used.

I hated the entire process from start to finish starting with the design center; builders, length of time to build, change of workers, quality of materials, $30 light fixture for $800K home... the quality of contractors all being "D" students I'm sure. I like that my realtor and her husband was thoughtful enough to clean the place before giving me the keys The warranty personnel Mr. [name removed] and staff; who has tried to satisfy all warranty issues; I give them a "10". My double ovens didn’t work and I had to find a repair person. When going through walk thru they turned on the oven but I assumed it would heat up. It got to about 150 degrees and I assumed the double oven, which cost extra, would eventually get to 400 degrees so they turned it off, instead of just waiting. That was a mistake. Once I signed the contract I bought a broken double oven for a new house and [name removed] [name removed] would not fit it. I had to use warranty and that took almost a year before the parts came. Check everything people! Where ever a builder can get over on you, they will. That’s my warning to every buyer. Talk to others without any one around to find the horror stories. I’m sure some people are satisfied too. They had some nice people. And some were demons from below. Protect yourself. Especially from the little things. Happy building experience.

I loved the initial process of meeting with [name removed], designing the homes, and the first few months of the build. It was at the last 4 months of my build that I was assigned to a new builder (Lead builder [name removed]) and my experience turned absolutely horrible and unprofessional. After one year of living in the home I am very satisfied but annoyed as well noticing lack of quality from the lack of care of the last builder. All cabinets for example have been finished horribly. I expected better quality from grand homes and was disappointed with this. In regards to working with the warranty department, [name removed] has been absolutely awesome! He took care of a major electrical issue and ensured a test electric fixed it, even when they tried to push back. [name removed] went above and beyond and this experience reminded me how great [name removed] homes can be.
