There needs to be better communication from the Ideal team regarding warranty service repair scheduling to improve that experience. Our experience has not been great.

Great on negotiating the small items and on closing costs. I liked the flexibility and responsiveness of the rep. I forgot his name but I think it was [name removed]. [name removed] is great as well and was very hands on even after the closing to ensure some last ticket service items were completed. No dislikes on our end as of now.

Didn’t like the fact that one of the shades from one of the garage lights was and is still hanging off since the day we did our final walk through.
