I have had several issue with the home. One stool has been replaced, guest tub shower had to be reinforced flooring cut sheet rock to get to it, now repairing. Master tub cracked and had to repair long with recaulking. Fresh air duct filter was not installed for filter. Kitchen back splash caulking to cabinet top had to be redone. Currently garage side entry door leaking and is being repaired. Most of repairs have been completed others are scheduled. I’m just disappointed that builder did not catch all of these needed repairs at final inspection.

I understand that it often takes time to get work orders completed do to being backed up. However, I'd like to see work orders being completed in a more timely manner. I put in a work order for my sidewalk to be repaired 3 weeks ago and it has yet to be fixed.

It takes a while to get things fixed under the 1 year warranty. We have been waiting since May to get our back porch concrete repaired.

I have liked all the friendly staff. I have not liked the long waits to get things fixed, such as my cabinets. Also the lack of communication between customer service and the workers that are sent.

There needs to be better communication from the Ideal team regarding warranty service repair scheduling to improve that experience. Our experience has not been great.

Overall my wife and I really liked the people we worked with along the way, from contract to move in. The issues that were found as we were moving on, our builder [name removed] and QA [name removed] have done a fantastic job making sure that this issues have been addressed, and fixed. The biggest dislike that my wife and I had was the design center itself. The options provided to us were lack luster, and didn’t really hold up to the vision that we in mind for our home.
