The warranty service and customer care experience has been great. [name removed] has been responsive and has wanted to make sure we have gotten everything to our satisfaction. The only hiccup has been the occasional lack of notice from some of the contractors when they want to come and implement the corrections, but the quality of work has been outstanding.

It was very straightforward and easy. Ideal Homes made things very easy for first time homebuyers. The people who worked with us all the way through the process were great to work with and upfront with us, keeping us informed of what we wanted and needed to know. The only aspect we disliked was needing to choose all of our options in one selections setting. We like to review our options, discuss them, and weigh them against each other. Choosing everything at once didn't give us a chance to go through and focus on the different aspects of the selections like we would have liked and provided a great deal of stress on us. Everything did work out and we love our house and everything about it. Overall, the experience was excellent.
