We bought our home remotely and Ideal went above and beyond to make sure that our home was ready when we arrived. Additionally throughout the first year of living in our home there were minor changes that we requested and [name removed] at Ideal took care of us and had those things taken care of promptly at no cost to us. Our neighborhood is beautiful and we have even talked our friends into building here at Knox Farm as well. We look forward to the day when it’s all finished!

The one thing I disliked was the resistance to negotiating the price of the home. Generally have been responsive to correct little things that have been discovered. [name removed] was very helpful and patient.

We love our new home! Ideal has done a phenomenal job of creating a great home with features and fixtures that make our home feel high-end and very cozy. We have noticed some minor things here and there, one small thing is that our backyard fence has several slats that are either broken or have knots that have fallen out. Other minor things are some of doors have been creaky, however this may just because of the humidity. We’ve also noticed quite a few of the new trees are either dead or are dying.

I was appreciative that the builder did replace the defective back patio, but I would have preferred to have had that project, and some other punch-list items, completed before the day of closing. I didn't felt a little rushed in the walk-through the day of closing because so many items had not yet been finished, but was glad that they were working on them.
