I really liked the customer service. Anthony was great to work with and an awesome guy he helped us out so much! We had a lot of issues moving in to a brand new home and still having little issues but he helps in every way he can and always on top of things. Overall had a pretty good experience with them??

Quick move-in was a big thing for us since we are moving from a different state, and TNHC provided that easy fast transaction. There are some minor flaws of the house when we moved in, but everything was taken care of by the ff. people: [name removed], [name removed], [name removed]([name removed]), [name removed] and [name removed].

Everything went well. Everything that needed to be fixed was fixed. Just a few things I would recommend for the company. They should install some sort of shower stop so glass door to the shower doesn’t hit the wall. Also they installed a wall thing that let you out cords down the wall but no outlet was installed next to it so there is no point in even having it. I have to get an outlet installed myself now. Also our plants were stomped on all over by the builders builders building houses next to us so all my front yard plants are dead. Customer service was great everything I needed Anthony was awesome. Still need a few things fixed but other than that great company to work with. Diane was also very helpful helped me get things going with things that needed fixing. Would definitely recommend

I disliked the fact that the house was not built to my expectations. Major issues with poor quality of workmanship. They replace a couple of pieces of floor and they made more damages than fixes. The baseboards were taken off to replace the damaged pieces of floor. Then they installed back the baseboards they damaged the wall and baseboards. I’m scared to even make another claim in fear of having the workers make it worst than it already is.

I didn't have any issues. Brittany from the front office was amazing with communicating with me throughout the process. Even if I wasn't able to come and see the home, she was able to communicate with me frequently and often sent photos of the progress of the home. Since, Diane has been a great help with any of our needs since moving in.

Both [name removed] and [name removed] were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Both greeted my wife and I with passion, dignity, and respect. We were given timely updates and communication at any point for any reason was on point. The only exception throughout the process, which I did convey to [name removed] was the New [name removed] Company’s preferred lenders - which has nothing to do with the New [name removed] Company whatsoever. As a result, we sought our own lender, and were more than happy with that process.
