The whole process was pretty smooth. Any issues, they addressed prior to move in. The move in did happen much quicker than we thought it would when we firs toured.

Contract to move in was great. There’s always going to be issues with new builds, and our experience was not exempt from that. We really appreciate [name removed]’s enthusiasm and welcoming spirit. What we dislike most is some of the “cut corners” like unfinished door jamb rough cut corners, paint all over the floor, and some of the silly mistakes like a cabinet being hung upside down.

Like: Design packages for options made buying process easy. Felt like used quality items. Everyone seemed happy and delightful to talk to from sales agent to foreman (construction supervisor) Dislike: Had to jump through hoops for inspection. Couldn’t add customer specific customization or additions.

The build quality seemed to be sub par in areas, the light fixtures retire we requested are off position, and there are other areas like floor and walls that has issues. The initial booking and building process was ok though.

MY WORST EXPRENCE WAS THEY CHANGE THE CLOSING DATE AFTER THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED, AND NOTICIFICATION THE NEW CLOSING DATE WITHNOT COMMUNICATION.

Was not informed that the prior lot was burned down and rebuilt. Learned that from someone in community. Also that the solar panel company they leased through went bankrupt so it took almost a year for me to have power from my panels. Any smudge on the walls shows up because of the one layer of spray paint. The edges of borders were not caulked and the carpet I can feel the nails coming up from underneath.

Working with [name removed] and the team was easy. She was very accommodating and informative. The Loan process was a bit stressful for me as my situation was a bit complicated but I felt that things were not fully explained to me upfront in this regard. Also a number of items that were called out on our initial walkthrough have not been completed and are still unresolved.

Everything is great from byilt quality and esthetic of the community. Only feedback woulf be there is no one where can have a dialogue with. Ex: How to get access to Pickleball court
