My back wall was not fixed properly. When [name removed] was in charge, I never received phone calls about fixing things in house and she was not truthful with me. Once [name removed] took charge, I feel like things started to finally get done. Things have been so much better since [name removed] took over. [name removed] is also a god send for your company. She has been helpful and wonderful every step of the way.

The customer service was off the charts. Great communication, friendly and courteous. They made it feel like we were family. Anytime there was something needed, they were right there. Sometimes it felt like they were there before we called them. I can't say enough good things about Deanna and Bruce.

Warranty care good, but the quality of the house is really bad. Since we moved in, we came through a lot of the problems like tap leaking, the door can’t be opened, the sharp edges of the cabinets cut the hand to bleed, the tubes improperly installed and make the dishwasher unusable to walk well, bathroom door improperly installed and now we are undergoing the carpet nails piercing the feet. We have never met so many problems before. I will never buy a house from new home again and will never recommend my friends to buy unless you improve your quality.

I have loved everyone I have dealt with. [name removed] in the sales office is beyond wonderful. To say she is amazing is an understatement. She has been so thoughtful and caring throughout this whole process and really treated me like a friend and not a sale. [name removed] and [name removed] have also been so friendly and helpful. Their communication is exceptional. The only thing I had an issue with was the finance gentleman, [name removed], from FBC mortgage. He was very unprofessional, pushy, and just seemed like he wanted a sale. [name removed] was very sweet and help me get in contact with [name removed] from [name removed] [name removed]. That team… [name removed] and [name removed] were also exceptional!

I like the house and the location but it's too close to the neighbors, it also difficult to park in the garage. I'm just glad that my house is in the corner. My truck doesn't fit in the garage so I parked outside which I don't have choice because I bought a spec home.

Deanna has always been very professional and friendly. I’ve only had two small incidents when I had a warranty/ customer care need and both were taken care of within a day or two of me contacting her. The work was done well and I’ve had no issues.

My boyfriend and I are first time homebuyers and we could not have asked for a better experience. I really appreciated the communication and punctuality from the entire team. We met [name removed] when we first viewed the model homes. She was phenomenal to work with and truly sold us on the home from the start. She even stayed late for us to view the model and was so accommodating to us during the entire process. We were then introduced to [name removed] who took the time to do an extremely thorough walk through with us and gave us so much helpful information being first time home owners. He even took the time to explain how we can take care of our new stainless steal appliances to make them last! His attention to detail is truly superb. Additionally he went above and beyond to make things right when we had AC issues the week of move in. After we closed on the home we had the pleasure of getting to know our customer service rep [name removed]. She is the best! She has been so great with getting the contractors out to us in a timely manner and has made scheduling services a breeze. She makes sure her customers feel heard and cared for. She answers all of our questions and has made this entire move in experience so easy.

All points of contact we extremely friendly and professional, this includes management, sales team, lender, construction team and customer care. Being able to purchase this home was a big deal for me. I felt like I was well taken care of throughout the entire process. I’m hesitant to mention names because I know I’ll miss someone but James, Molly, Natalie Glennen, Bruce, Valerie, Deanna were the faces to the company. They made a great impression and are much of the positive when I consider my experience.

Honestly, the whole process was fairly straightforward and easy enough as long as the patience was there. Waiting for 6 months for a house to be built out was tough, but once you move in it all melts away. Almost every employee I've met wanted to help and expedite the process, and the builders have consistently repaired and replaced anything that was defective upon moving in. The colors and scheme for our house is lovely, and we are incredibly happy with how everything looks. With a bit of regular cleaning, the house still looks like a model home. Absolutely beautiful workmanship in almost every respect
