Poor quality of home. Water leaked from second floor and keeps on telling us that it was from a water splash on the floor when the kids used the bath tub well in fact i keep on telling them that water was not a lot to cause a water leak to the first floor. Received the house with a damaged concrete in front and they said they will replace the concrete and all of a sudden they just repaired it cosmetically and now that the damage is still showing up they said they wont repair it. Communication for repair is so hard. Repairs doesnt meet the appointment given.
