mostly the people involved have been very helpful and pleasant. As stated before, I just think they should have replaced dead bushes.

FBC failed to stay in contact. Felt I had to reach out more than I should have. [name removed] and [name removed] were great to deal with. No complaints on that side of things

Don’t like getting approval on the plants you can use. Some people do whatever they want.

Builder, superintendent, and agents all stayed on top of everything. Design studio was a breeze and made choosing designs for our home fun! Deadlines were met and we love the friendships we have made.

my shrubs in the front yard were killed by a freeze less than 2 weeks after I moved in and they were not covered in warranty and Newcastle refused to replace them. That is terrible customer service. When the grass in subdivision was first mowed, they mowed everything but my small segment around sidewalk and said they were not responsible for that. I did not have a clear idea what was my responsibility but it would not have killed the to mow it.Poor customer service. Also I find the HOA very restrictive and very slow to respond. My grass was in terrible condition this spring. The soil level is awful. Some of the finishing touches with cabinets , paint and molding in the house are not good quality. The building sites are not picked up and trash overflows in bins.
