The worst thing is garage space, if I park a car, there is no space for me to even walk around the garage. They should have made it wider so people can easily move and can keep some basic stuff in the garage. Right now if there is a car parked, I can't even keep trash cans in the garage. If we install water softner, there would hardly be space for parking car safely.

The quality of the appliances can definitely be improved. The service requests are taking time to be resolved . Please look into it.

I like the closing process. They way they provided keys and even the weekly update. I didn’t like the house didn’t had final cleaning, painting drops all over the floor, electrical work with broken plugs, lawn with all weeds and up and down, and many..

very poor paint work and cabinet work. including garage work also. every single thing has an issue. I would not recommend to friends as the quality is very poor. did not give basic towel hangers in bathroom. instead a small hook was given.Gaps at the main door where lizards can enter. etc
