As a first-time new homebuyer, I was initially worried that the purchasing process might be complicated. But to my surprise, everything went much more smoothly than I expected. The sales office agents were incredibly kind and explained everything clearly, which made the entire experience very positive. What impressed me most was how frequently we were updated throughout the construction process, which isn't something I experienced with other lenders. There were many opportunities for buyers to be involved along the way, and I really appreciated that. I also liked how well they explained how to take care of the home and how responsive they were in following up on any issues we had. Although there were a few issues regarding our home, I was very satisfied with the level of service and support. If I have the chance to purchase another new home in the future, I truly hope it will be with [name removed] again.

I will say the only dislikes that I have is out of [name removed]‘s control, which are community members not following the rules and guidelines. What I like most about [name removed] is how attentive and efficient they are when issues arise. What I LOVE most about Olson Homes is working with [name removed], he exemplifies professionalism in every aspect of his work. He approaches each task with precision, consistently meets deadlines as promised, and communicates clearly and respectfully with me and my wife [name removed]. No questions or concerns are left unanswered with [name removed]. Our interactions with [name removed] makes us feel like a community member unlike a numbered ticket he has to service. [name removed] is truly exceptional—reliable, talented, and a genuine asset that [name removed] is lucky to have.

What I liked the most about my experience is the personalized service I received. At ever step of the process I felt like I was the most important client; they listened, took action and followed up when needed. It started with the Sales process with [name removed], he was courteous, understanding of my needs and kept his word whenever he said he would check on something and call me back. He remembered my name and used it at every interaction. [name removed] is a gem of an asset, straight shooter. If it can be done, he makes the effort to fix it. He under promises and over deliver. Honestly he treated me like a VIP and I know I was not his only client. [name removed], my first Customer Service [name removed] is amazing. He was thorough, accommodating to my schedule and the many moving pieces around my crazy move in schedule. He was patient in walking me through the features, although I was distracted at times, he did not get annoyed. Recently I was purchasing paint, on a Saturday, and I texted him, he immediately responded with the information - AMAZING. Last but not the least, [name removed] my new Homeowner Satisfaction [name removed]. Courteous, accommodating with my schedule and very detailed. From the moment we met, again it was evident that my satisfaction with my home was a priority. He remembered my name and used it - the ultimate professional. Overall, [name removed] is a Top Rated Homebuilder that is not just focused on turning out houses, but really focused on the homeowner's experience and building homes where positive lifelong experiences can be created.
