Each Olson community name includes the word “walk” because our vision is for homeowners to be able to exit their front door and walk to shopping, restaurants, cafes, and schools, engaging with their neighbors and becoming part of the fabric of their cities.

We also really appreciate [name removed] for checking in and continuing to take care of us and our home since day 1. Everyone has been a joy to work with and it made us proud to own an [name removed] home as our first home.

I loved working with [name removed]. She was so approachable and helped us with our first home purchase. In addition [name removed] has been amazing in checking in with us and following up on any issues we may have had. The only negative experience we had was at the design studio where we felt rushed into making decisions. Overall was a great experience and highly recommend [name removed]!
