Unfortunately, there was a bad handoff from one construction manager to another. I’m not faulting anyone, it’s just what happened. After the change, our build slowed down pretty much to a halt, and things became rather hard to get done before closing.

The Sales and Warranty [name removed] ([name removed]) are professionals to say the least. [name removed] responds promptly to any questions I have and he is very resourceful in those rare instances where he himself cannot be of immediate help. I love working with [name removed]...peace of mind.

warranty service was great. [name removed] responds promptly although the work that needs completion gets delayed, which might not be under [name removed]'s control. We are dissatisfied with some features of the construction itself, mostly cabinets, the way the AC temp control is going, door painting ..
