My epoxy was not done right and as well there is a crack in the kitchen which they are not agreeing which I am going to inspect to professional and they will plan my for the next steps

Overall the house was built very well and [name removed] did a great job ensuring everything was as good as possible. I have been very pleased with the communication after closing on the house. I have had a couple of very minor questions and was able to text [name removed] and he replied extremely fast. Definitely satisfied with the after purchase support thus far.

The Builder [name removed] was so helpful throughout the construction, he even went above and beyond in fixing the issues and on the special requests that I had with him. The sales manager [name removed] was so courteous and helpful throughout and after the purchase. I would definitely recommend Shaddock Homes.

Likes: Our sales representative was great and always overly communicated with us. [name removed] meetings went smooth and the process was overall, great. Dislikes: I wish there were more wood stain options at the design center and a bit more time to go through everything. There are a few things I did not know were options that I would have liked to know or been informed of the option. Also wish there was more of an opportunity to customize small things on the structure of the home.
