I was initially upset I couldn't have the small front porch on my home, I felt that should have been known from the beginning. But once we started building & I saw progress I was satisfied. [name removed] is an amazing and very thorough builder. He cares about quality and making his clients happy.

My home is currently less than a year old. The pipe below the kitchen sink was not sealed properly. This has led to significant water damage to out kitchen island. A third party company will begin to remove the mold and repair damaged areas tomorrow. Our kitchen will be unusable for two weeks.

He has been great on following up on some minor issues we identified. I would like to thank [name removed] for his assistance in helping us deal with moving issues that occurred secondary to a delay in closing.

Loved [name removed] and [name removed]! It was a bit of a rocky rock before [name removed] arrived, but [name removed] was phenomenal throughout the entire build process. [name removed] in the Design center was fabulous as well! We just unfortunately had signed our contract while the sales office was transitioning between reps. We were still able to close on time and are so happy with our new home!

Of all the employees at [name removed] that we have dealt with the new warranty rep is by far, the kindest and most understanding. He genuinely wants to do right by the homeowners and help find real solutions to issues. Prior to moving in, there were a lot of communication issues. I truly believe that [name removed] would have benefited from an assistant just to help her with the overwhelming number of homes being built. During the build process there were a lot of frustrations with items that we planned for but weren't able to get (our brick, floors, windows, etc.) In the end we settled on an exterior look that we didn't love due to the availability of brick. After almost a year, our shutters are still bleeding rust colored stains onto our white brick. We still have not had a solution that solves the problem. We have had people out multiple times but it is still an ongoing issue.

We were referred to shaddock homes by few of our friends and were spoken highly of the quality and smooth home building experience. Unfortunately , the communication was next to nothing upon signing our contract.we were not informed of any status , all our email/queries to the builder/sales manager were unanswered.

Builder was switched somewhere in the process and too many things fell through the cracks, by [name removed]’s own admission. That should have all been seamless on [name removed]’s part and transparent to me.

1. Poor Customer Service & argumentative conversations from Builder Mr. [name removed]. 2. Home was not 100% complete during Final Acceptance from Builder. 3. Lots of issues during final acceptance meeting yet to be addressed and its more than 3 weeks now. 4. Home was not cleaned and handed over post closing. 5. Quality of Cabinets poor and frequent cracks around corners. 6. Engineered Wood Flooring has embedded shoe marks all over and appear very ugly. When asked about it we were lied by builder saying that's how the original wood flooring looks by design.
