Our warranty service rep [name removed] is exceptional with her commitment to getting things taken care of. Some of the trade crews that provide the service struggle to meet the appointment commitments they make.

[name removed] (Sales manager) and [name removed] (construction manager) were wonderful to work with! They both had excellent communication regarding all the steps from signed contract up until move in and were more than helpful in accommodating our busy schedules to get things like the home inspection and blue tapping done quickly and efficiently.

Design center and lighting vendor were a long drive from the development.

The sales team for [name removed] is incompetent at best. During this process we were even offered our deposit back and an opportunity to walk away, when we took [name removed] up on his offer, it too was taken away like every other incentive given by him. His manager, April even accused us and our realtor of lying about the offer to give our deposit back. We have found many other [name removed] customers in this same neighborhood who were offered the same, we were just the first to take [name removed] up on the offer. Once our brick was messed up, we were offered by [name removed], an opportunity to come into the design center to change all exterior selections, one time. That was a lie- we had to settle more than we could change. [name removed] wasn’t even there, he had [name removed] handle the appointment. Everything about the sales team was horrible. The day we closed, your sales team closed the office 30minutes early. We funded a few minutes before 6pm. [name removed] called to apologize that he wasn’t on property and that “things come up and he hopes we can understand” when [name removed] arrived back at the office she acted put out for doing her job. Even stated “the things I do for [name removed]”. We had just written a massive check to you all, closed on a nightmare of a situation, and that was the way your team chose to handle the closing? So, incompetent is an understatement and at no point as anyone from upper management ever reached out to us, it’s pretty shameful.

We liked the location and size of our house, as well as the floor plan and most of the finishings, it was a spec home. The exclusion list before closing had 8 mayor items and the good thing was that they took care of them pretty quickly. What we didn't like was a very poor communication from start to finish, many delays and we never felt that [name removed] made us or our home a priority of theirs . Examples: we purchased the cabinet hardware in February and up until the end it was very clear that the communication was lost and never purchased, it ended being one of the items in the exclusion list. The lack of cleaning and final inspection of the home contributed to a leak from heavy rain that affected all the upstairs room to the kitchen ceiling. The garage door never worked and is still pending to be replaced as it has been cracking since before the closing, two toilet seats need to be replaced as they were stained also since before the closing, bathroom stone countertops all have blemishes that we couldn't see in the final inspection because cleaning was scheduled after the inspection and before signing. Our side yard is flooded due to a leak from sprinkler system, still pending for people to come and check on that.

It was apparent that the Sales manager ([name removed]) and construction manager ([name removed]) were never on same page mere days after my wife and I made offer …always pointing finger at each other which further delayed construction. My family is currently in house two weeks after closing (which was previously delayed 30 days) and projects still aren’t finished. Neither sales or construction act like the home has ever been a priority for them or they care about the quality of the product they sold. While I thought my experience might improve after multiple conversations with both men, it never has and because of that I honestly would steer friends, family and coworkers from ever using [name removed] homes in the future.
