[name removed], the sales advisor was very transparent throughout the whole process. [name removed] was great in explaining the ins and outs of the house. In the master bedroom closet, there is no outlet plug that we requested a few months back. We still have not received any updates on that.

I understand that I may not have always followed the correct procedures for filing warranty claims, which might have caused some confusion. Like - Construction manager [name removed] , sales manager [name removed], design center [name removed], sales executive [name removed] and title company professionals handled in a very professional way. They were very helpful, friendly and easy to reach throughout the process. Dislike - felt limited design and customization option

There are few things which I didn't like at all, 1. Requested at closing but it was not taken care, issue is with the sewer pipes that were left in between the middle of backyard door which causes moving problems and a safety hazard. 2. Attic in garage has wall broken which is from the construction time, due to wrong construction, construction team has to rip whole wall which was connected to the wall of attic. The workmanship was so poor that the people who did it didn't even sealed it properly and there was no verification done for the wrong work done by [name removed] team. 3. There are cracks mostly around the wood work all over the house. 4. Flush in toilets are not working properly.

Overall experience was too bad, seen arrogancy from Sales person [name removed], She was soo soo rude and influenced the Contractor and Warranty manager for not to finish of warranty jobs , many of the tickets I have raised were closed without fixing and no reasons while closing of the tickets, many finishing related issues which I have seen from day one in my home they rejected by saying this are cosmetic issues and we don't do any fixes , major pending issue is carpet there are bumps at many places and the warranty manager says we will check after winter only once the home settles which I am having big doubts as per my previous experiences

The sales manager ([name removed]) is a very nice person and friendly, who had helped and gave an immense support from contract through move-in. [name removed], the construction manager, is a very good person who had communicated very proactively in all the phases of the house construction, and advised many things from all the perspectives and supported a lot to keep everything in place during and after inspection activity.

1. The Sales person tricked me with incomplete information while selling the home. 2. The Sales person was so rude that for any thing which is not meeting the the standards ,I went and tried to discuss and she threatened me by saying if I did not liked the quality I should just cancel the home. So instead of making corrections and addressing the issues she always asked me to cancel the home. 3. There was a design change mentioned but when I asked the details of changed design , many details were hidden and when I got the home then only I came to know that many design and dimensions were reduced. 4. During the inspection many things found out which is not addressed till today and now the warranty team is denying to fix the issues 5. After closing many issues identified ,but not getting fixed , not even urgent issues are not fixed.

Design phase was extremely unpleasant. They call themselves a designer but weren't able to offer much choices that help stay within budget. She wouldn't even recommend anything for the choices we did like

Construction team did not do the job correctly. Roof needs a paint, the thermostats were not connected, door and water exit is in front of main door. Dryer plug had to be replaced was continuously tripping. Need a lot of follow up with the warranty manager. Tickets are open for more than 3 weeks, SLA is not maintained. [name removed] interior person was below par. Backyard was not made correctly. Sales person has been not reachable and very rigid at times not answerable at all. Overall we would request a attention to our home.

Likes - 1. The contract process was smooth. Information were given on the overall process to follow. 2. The interior design meetings, home security meeting etc. happened on time. 3. The home build is of good quality. Dislikes - 1. During interior design meetings, not enough time was given to select all the things and didn't like the fact that we were not allowed to add additional stuff (before signing) after our meeting! Would highly recommend to make it more customer friendly! 2. Delay in the construction thorughout. Closing date was pushed twice! 3. Major infrastructure errors during pre-drywall which we have to point out! (Though they were fixed after being pointed out). 4. Not happy that the kitchen shelf was modified from the diagram without any intimation earlier! When we pointed it out then only some weird explanation was given! 5. Even later on many things were missed out like adding additional shelves etc. which we have to point out. 6. Even after move-in, few items were pending which got delayed a lot in being addressed!
