The only downside of my home inside and out is the sodding process. I think a better sod company or a better way of laying it would be great. Yard was uneven. Other than that, I’m ecstatic about my home.

I submitted my end of the year home inspection more than twice to Legend homes cooperate per my home agreement last November 2023 and I was REASSURED that I would receive prompt service that has yet to happen.

The experience in purchasing the home was okay, [name removed] was amazing and communicated frequently. My issue came with the quality of the craftsmanship from the trades. Since I moved into my home, I have requested on multiple occasions to have a supervisor come to my residence to address my concerns and I never received a response. I have sent requests via these surveys, requested it through [name removed] and via other emails. I am not happy with the quality of the home for what I paid, nor would I recommend you to anyone!

My home was not built to a standard that should have passed inspection. Missing insulation, fist sized holes between my foundation and frame, every time it rains my back door floods which led to water damage in my floor, my walls, my baseboards. My doors stick and rub, my back door has been “fixed” on 3 different occasions. I have a window protruding out from the frame of my home. Hardi-board that is popped, bowed away from the home, or UNPAINTED! Just slapped on with an excessive amount of nails. Half-done lazy craftsmanship on the majority of the home. A laundry list of issues to include roofing issues. Exposed irrigation system that doesn’t distribute water evenly. But of course… Legend doesn’t warranty any of their work once you close so it’s just a massive waste of time and money. It’s like the home was built with a blindfold on! And the sales associate, [name removed], was nothing but attentive and nice until we closed, then she went from completely helpful to blocking calls from my realtor and myself. Have to call her from random phones to even get a response. Would never, ever recommend Legend or [name removed] [name removed] to ANYONE. Working with [name removed] and [name removed] from construction management has been the only this keeping us from immediately selling this home.

I have no complaints. Some mistakes are made but humans are human so I take it as it is. Corrective measures were addressed and we are very happy with that.

There are too many deficiencies for me to list all the experiences I disliked. The quality of the work being produced by the contractors hired is subpar. I've been in my house for over a month and a half, and I'm still waiting for the stucco guy to come back and finish the trim around the windows on the first floor. When I took ownership of the home there were broken tiles that needed to be replaced, walls needing to be painted because of poor paint jobs, the handrail and closet clothing rods needed to be stained again because of poor staining, there was paint on the power receptacles and light switches, while conducting yard work I found trash bags and other construction garbage underneath the sod, and many more things. I asked for a manager to come by and look at the quality of the work and he declined my request. I am now going through and fixing what the contractors failed to do correctly. I spent over $350K purchasing this house and with the quality put into it, it is not worth it.

We liked working with Art. He was awesome and it was a pleasure working with him. He was always helpful, available, and responsive. Everyone was great to work with. Regina Pruski, the ladies at Vista Title were awesome. They were always pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed our experience.

Worst purchase I’ve ever made. Rushed through the walk through so missed a ton of things needing to be fixed. The things that were addressed still haven’t been taken care, and it’s been over a month since we closed. My house was never cleaned. We moved into a house that was filthy dirty. Paint all over the flooring, and cabinets. Miss match paint throughout the entire home. Hole in my foundation in the garage. I can see outside from inside my garage. Which is the reason I have ton of bugs in my garage. I could go on for another half hour, but I think you get the jiff.

I like everything about my purchase experience, the only thing I find room for improvement is the construction manager. Has been doing a poor job at following up with pending repairs at our home. Other than that everything is great we love our house!

Bought the home from a buyer who reneged on their contract. Although she didn't opt for some upgrades. I am very pleased with having tile throughout minus the carpet in the bedrooms. The walk-in shower in the master bath is a welcomed change. The whole experience with builder, loan processing company, title company, and HOA has been very seamless with no hiccups along the way. Everyone was informative in explaining from start to final signing. I very much enjoyed working with each and everyone of the representatives.

Quality of the product, almost everything was half assed. Super disappointed, it’s seems like the builder doesn’t take pride in their work, along with all the contractors. Multiple things wrong with my house from incorrectly painted base boards, texture on walls missing, trim around windows uneven and caulking done half heartedly, nails sticking out from windows and siding, uneven trim, a lot of issues. Lost a lot of nerves during the entire process.

Art Jimenez was amazing from the beginning. He listened to what we were looking for and found a house that matched everything that we wanted. He stayed in touch and helped us through every step of the process. I was apprehensive about the home buying process but he made it simple and easy for us to both understand and get through.
