Liked: Everyone was great to work with. Very accommodating. Disliked: For some reason things went wonky with the Post Office and it took me almost a month to get my mail. Lol

There were/are several repairs that still have not been addressed. The paint job, the flooring quality, the concrete work in the garage and front porch show poor workmanship. There are still issues with these items after my move in date. I was not given any information of mail service, or trash service. Also, the information that was provided such as who provides the trash, fire, police was a lie. Fire services for [name removed] [name removed] is through a volunteer fire department which affects our home insurance. This new build looks and feels cheap and not worth $368K. I would never recommend this builder to anyone and would warn others to ensure they do their research.

Was a struggle to get confirmed walkthtough and closing dates. To the point where out walkthrough had to be rescheduled twice with only 24 hours of notice. Entire process felt rushed at the end and this was readily visible when we were at our closing walkthrough and there were multiple wood items that were broken. They were addressed for the most part in the first week of our move in but still surprised to see such sloppy work on a brand new home.
