Flaws discovered during June 2023 inspection were not fixed before July 5, 2023, closing. Some of these defects are still present.

Were many issues to fix during the walkthroughs, the closing date had to reschedule and we had to do a final walkthrough the same day of closing. House was also a messed the day of the first scheduled closing date. After 1 month and a week that we closed there is a water spot on garage ceiling, some second floor areas and stairs are very noise.

Barbara and Jeff are awesome.. Always ready to help and specially Barbra is one of the nicest person I met in life. I called her many times for help as this was my first home. She was always there to help.

Experience with [name removed] could have been better. [name removed] was great. Communication with first choice lending was below average. We had a few immediate problems and they were resolved. After move in my grass had some dead patches so I was unhappy about that. Overall the house seems to be built well.

Overall expo was very positive. The only complaint I had on the sales process was locking in rates. This was addressed early on and after everything went very smoothly.

Front sprinklers still not working as it should...I had few other minor issues within a year but warranty service department provided excellent service to fix all issues. Thanks to Larry for his help. Overall I think princeton classic homes are excellent builder for budget.
