Lack of costumer service when reporting a flooded back yard (still not fixed as of 5-08-24) New home and there already cracks on the walls Faulty electrical wiring in the laundry room Strong sewer smell coming from the kitchen sink

The officers assigned were accomodative and very helpful and were transaprent in thier dealings. wished the homes would have more variety and choice of items desired or needed while remaining in the budget. I would switch some things I deem less important e.g marble top in bathroom for more important features such as opening window in kitchen for air circulation or ventable Microwave.

Liked - remote closing, doc upload, walk thrus Disliked - underwriters, too many repeated questions, sale person - failed to fully disclose that I would not be eligible for full credits.

I like the fact Legen Homes gave us $17,000 in closing cost and every question I had was answered in a timely manner. [name removed] and [name removed] where very professional and friendly and made it easy to buy a home.

The electrical wiring was giving us problems with the dryer and the oven and the drainage in the backyard is not working so water gets pooled in the back corner
