Well besides the leaky window upstairs, the leak under the kitchen sink, the leak from the roof on the side of the house, Yes these were repaired. All of my toilet paper holders have fallen off. Also 80% of my lawn are weeds. Seems to me that legend homes either needs to find another supplier for their sod cause they are spending money on weeds instead of grass. Or either altogether just stop laying down sod and spending the money and just level off the grounds and we can just let what ever weeds come up and mow them. I guess the one thing that I was happy about was the square footage I got for the money I paid. I actually got almost everything I was looking for, I almost gave up looking but my realtor finally was able to find 90 % of what I was needing. The rest will come in time. I only wish the interest rate had been lower when I bought, Legend is not to blame for that. So yes for the money I can recommend Legend. Now there is one thing I would change and don’t know if all or some builder do this but my heat compressor is in the attic above the second floor. I know this because this winter when using the heater we were experiencing cold temps on the bottom floor and high temps on the 2nd floor. Wasn’t sure why and when the technician came out he said because the heat compressor was in the attic closer to the 2nd floor. And that nothing could be done aside from moving it to the bottom floor. I don’t understand why it wasn’t put on the bottom floor to begin with, as heat rises. Well my room is on the bottom floor and now I will have to freeze in winter and my family on the second floor will have to be hot on the second floor. There seems to be no happy medium when it comes to winter. Just a friendly suggestion for what it’s worth. Also [name removed] and [name removed] have been wonderful to work with always ready to respond to situation that arise and very friendly and professional at all times. Unlike your sales rep who whether he is still there or not at the model home. Is rude, crude and very unprofessional. I had a complaint one day went to the model home and explained to him and he didn’t care, and he made it a point that it wasn’t his concern at all and by the way there was another employee there listening to our conversation and said nothing. Hope Legend has replaced him. He definitely is not a good spokesman for any business. Thank you

Enrique was incredibly attentive to our needs and requests. He is a great asset to your team. He has been available any time I reach out and always made sure things are followed up on. The structure of the home is well done and we are happy with the structure. We were not super impressed by some of the finishing work on our home--painting was sloppy, fixtures were installed crooked, carpet installation didn't extend to the edges of the trim.

My closing was almost delayed due to inspection findings not being completed. Myself and the construction manager worked out a timeline that we both agreed on so that the signing could move forward as planned

[name removed] was extremely transparent and helpful to us in the buying process and showing us houses that we would be interested in. Any question I ever had I felt completely comfortable asking and I knew I would get a good answer from him. [name removed] has helped me tremendously ever since the first time I met him at the pre-move in inspection. He is extremely friendly and always shows up with a "I'm here to help" attitude. I genuinely feel like he is also looking out for my best interest. Any issues that needed to be resolved got done in a timely manner with no hassle on myself making the moving process and buying process stress-free. I have really enjoyed working with [name removed], he has made the process so much easier. I would recommend [name removed] to friends and family because of how great [name removed] and [name removed] have been.
