I liked that Legend Homes took care of all discrepancies that were noted during our final walkthrough.

We had numerous contractors throughout the process. Our home is all electric, yet they installed a gas heater. The 16th switch in our fuse box keeps tripping off. Could not pass Converse inspections numerous times yet, we were one of the last homes built. They acted like they had never built a home before. The workmanship was as if they used day labors to paint and finish our home. In it just 30 days and we are getting bids to have someone paint the insides for it is embarrassing! Here we are getting ready to make our first payment for our forever home, yet the quality was poor. No, we would not recommend and the only reason why we have not put the pictures and comments on social media is because we do not want our family and friends to know that we allowed ourselves to let all the internal problems of your company effect our dreams.

My family and I have been in the house for 7 months and we have had floor trim around the Kitchen Island is coming up, in addition to the trim in the upstairs bathroom. The towel rack in the upstairs bathroom has come off the wall, my backyard fence has started to fall into my neighbors yard and the backyard has still not been leveled as promised. I recently had to chases a bird out of my house that flew in through the dryer vent and the cross beams in the attic are cricked with exposed nails. This is the first that I’ve heard from your company about the status of my new home. I would really appreciate an email from upper management on how these issues will be resolved since the labor and home are still under warranty.

Too many issues which haven’t been fix. Bad management on builders and the team who fix issues, Horrible comunicación from the builders, they get nothing done. I am really disappointed of legend homes and I regret working working with them.

So we started our build in September and was done in May. Lack of communication was a big part even to this day. I would text and call the builder and sometimes he don't answer until sometimes a couple days to the most of a week. Then there were a lot of cosmetics that were wrong with the house the day of closing. We kept in touch to this day so he can have all these cosmetics fixed. First of all, to let you know the details, for a $370,000+ house there should be nothing wrong with this house for that price. This house should be immaculate. The build was done shotty like they could careless and doesn’t take pride in their work; rush job or that's how it looked. The doors look horrible, the builder told me they don't do anything to the doors like sand them down or anything they just paint and keep it moving, there's dents in the back door, paint was horrible, tile wasn't done all the way done thru the house, caulking is amateur at best, there was cement that broke away in some area, paint on the tile throughout the house; spotted throughout, grout on tile so it was messy where grout wasn't cleaned off tile, cabinets and drawers badly marked up along with the trim, holes in the yard under the fence, flash and wood beam just above the garage door was loose and the beam looks absolutely horrible like someone was chewing on it or gnawing at it, metal flash showing above the garage below the window there's a big gap in between the window and the roof like they missed that little section, and there's a hole by the front door on the siding. The builder has fixed most of the things wrong except the yard (he said there's nothing they can do about that), the gap above the garage and right beneath the window and the hole by the front door. The flash and wood beam above the garage door looks absolutely horrible and Something needs to done about that to make it look way better than it does.

Communication was very poor and did not have any assistance with basic helping needs. Had to ask questions from outside sources

The water situation. I had a leak underground and was told that [name removed] was going to assist me with the water bill. I sent in my bills and analysis of what my neighbors pay and still have not heard back.

The ease of purchasing, the location and great looking homes with friendly people. Helpful staff, great Builder Bill, a few hiccups with the options not being totally offered and talked about with Jason in the contract stage of purchasing. Overall great experience

What o disliked was not having the abilities to know the points of contact regarding specific issues that may occur prior to moving in..example to include not knowing who to contact for utilities, trash, or other service providers in the area since we were new to the city overall

I was done wrong on so many levels. Bella Vista made building a home that was supposed to be a happy moment...a NIGHTMARE

The office associate Jason Rhoades kept his word on calling me back if the Summit came available and he continued to be honest with me through the process. I feel that his willingness to set realistic expectations set the tone for us to have a really great experience with Bella Vista homes.
