The sales agent, [name removed], and the contractor contact, [name removed], were so courteous and professional! They had a friendly and helpful demeanor and I felt comfortable through the whole process. Would definitely recommend!

I disliked the response to things I found on my walk through. Some of which never got fixed and I have found so many things that I wish I had noticed before I purchased this home. I have so many regrets about buying this house.

The construction process was a nightmare and things were done incorrectly and are still needing to be fixed after move in. The quality and workmanship is sloppy and horrible

Absolutely none of the punch list items were addressed as promised by project manager. Unprofessional finish or turn over of house. Light fixtures were left hanging by the wires, vents were left open and uncovered. Walls were left without texture or paint. Poor quality finish

Price for value isn't present. We are over 30 days in the home and things are still being repaired. I appreciate the communication from Hoyt and understand that getting people out is hard but Bella Vista could pay more to get things done quicker. Additionally, now that we are in the house and walk on the floors without shoes on, you can feel how the floor is uneven under the carpet upstairs and it's easier to see other issues.
