The roof has no gutters so the rain gathers and digs the flower bed. No fans in the living room or master bedroom

The beginning of my process was terrible. It took 1 year from signing to closing because they gave away my initial plot and knowingly assigned me to a lot that required a lot of clearances. Due to the delay I was faced with evictio. Legend Homes did allow me to go into another home in the community with the same floor plan, which I am very thankful for.

I love the swiftness in communication from the sales agents and the assistance they gave me in the purchase process. Their builders were so thorough with explanations during walkthrough and immediately addressed my concerns within the timeframe that enabled me close on the designated date.

Disliked bogging ceiling due to poor workmanship. Disliked loose exterior siding due to poor workmanship. Disliked that it took over six weeks before missing shower glass was installed. Disliked incomplete grouting. Disliked loose flooring.

The quality is very poor. Wires are still exposed almost a year later after repeated calls and complaints. Incomplete work. Half done jobs. Rush work. Closet shelf has fallen down and so much more! Very very disappointed

I like the size of the home for the price but I hate that the drywall is paper thin I can't hang any pictures up unless I use those sticker things, the paint job inside is bad. I have kids so when I try and wipe the wall the paint come off I only been here for a year and I have to pay to get the whole house repainted. I'm starting to find cracks in the paint in the corner of all the walls

The communication was all over the place, the only person that ever helped was fired and then it was impossible to find anything out. There was holes in my foundation, my cabinets are half done and missing trim. My window is still broken my garage had huge holes in the slab we’re I could see the outside. There are separations on paint and trim on upper door frames, the water heater is like warm at best. My floor has gaps. House was suppose to be finished in June being over 60% done in april the completion date got moved so many times I had to live out of an air bnb and all of my belongings from the military stayed in storage passed a point I can’t claim damages and missing items.

Issues such a flooring and tile were mentioned several times throughout the process and still were not corrected as I had expected. Felt like I wasn't been heard and been told "NO" to almost every issue/problem I would address.

The cleanup in the community during construction was not well maintained during the early phases. The HOA was not engaged or Walsall accessible. Would have liked more customization opportunities, as the development of the community showed more variation in homes.

Post handover the house, the home warranty process is super poor. Its < 1 months and I have identified few issues and logged warranty tickets. I am not getting the response for the issues identified. The Stove/over is not working and its been 3 weeks still not yet resolved, I had to spend $250 for the electrician to identify the issue as we are unable to cook since the issue identified. I have logged the tickets but the response is super slow and I have to follow up every time and every now and then. The issue around blinds is still not address aswell. The construction is good but the service/warranty process is super slow none of the tickets got resolved since logged. I am disappointed as I need to follow-up every day.

The biggest dislike would be the lack of HOA involvement. I also feel there were a lot of quality issues with the house.

Overall the initial experience was great, the staff in place was extremely attentive and engaging. Over the past 10 months since moving in there has been a lot of staff changes within Sycamore Landing and things have been slowly getting dissatisfying. It seems as once you move in, close and get settled in they want to forget about you now. Additionally, over the last few months the community is very filthy littered with soda cans, bottles and all sort of trash. This is very disappointing to see the community lose its potential.

dislike: the delay in construction caused my interest rate to raise 1.75%. Didn’t mind the 5 month delay due to shortages and supply chain issues, but just wished I could’ve locked in the low rate when the house was originally planned for completion. Liked: the builder manager! Doug Webb was fantastic and great at communicating consistently.

The paint is not good enough. Always stained the clothes if you mistakenly stand or rob your body against the wall. And also the lights are not bright at all. It doesn’t befits the house especially the first floor.

The amount of trash is horrible, the streets are filled with nails and dirt. Also the port-o-potty’s is close to my home and smells really bad when it’s serviced. My flooring has already bubbling up. I reached out to the builder and nothing is done. My fence has a gap in it and was told it would be fixed….. I think my home is cute and I’m blessed Also didn’t know I was close to the railroad.

We still have a few minor things that needs to be fixed. However, the contractor is on top of things. We truly don't have any complaints or dislikes. We know that everything thing will be completed without any issues. And again, it's minor things. But, this is a new build and you have to live in a house to know if there are problems. We are at our 30days. We are extremely delighted with our home. I mean in LOVE. This is a great team that Legend has in regards to sales and the contractors. Now the dealing with the lending company was frustrating towards the closing time. But, we are here and proud! Thanks Legend Homes. FYI, I have already sent the plans to family members from NY and PA. So, I am hoping to see them sooner than later. Thanks again
